Pricing very reasonable Should’ve told me which rental desk to go to. No Car trawler signs to help. A run down of hybrid car operation would’ve been helpful. Lovely vehicle Very happy with it once we figured out electric/petrol running. We are seniors who have only driven petrol power till now.
Nice quick
Great car, service was great and didn’t take long. Plus when our plane was cancelled due to strike it was easy to extend our use of vehicles and change location of drop off since we drove home.

Good overall experience with friendly staff. The car localted around 5 minutes walk outside the airport and walking with bags and children btw barriers and moving cars was a little inconvient
Terrible customer service & rip-off.
Terrible customer service & rip-off. We rented a car through Cartrawler via Vueling, but upon arrival, it turned out to be at Goldcar, where different rental terms apply than those in the Cartrawler contract. We were told we’d have to pay €350 on the spot if we still wanted to take the car. We didn’t do that, and later contacted Cartrawler’s customer service. They keep sending the same automated response over and over again without actually listening to what you have to say. Terrible service.
