Fantastic communication. Easy to work with. I ordered a casket on Saturday and was delivered Sunday. Faster than anybody else, even faster than the funeral home can get one. I saved over $2500.00. Joe was simply awesome. He texted me and called all the way through. Best!

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical given this was my first time buying any casket, and was concerned about buying something like this online (i.e., damage, delays and/or outright being scammed). Needless to say I was VERY pleased by the service, price and communication by Joe. Casket was delivered on-time (to Virginia, with short notice) and in great condition. Highly recommend.

Outstanding pricing, product, communication and delivery. It was so easy to work with Joe who handled all aspects of the process and who was communicative throughout. The casket was beautiful and exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price.

Communication and service was excellent and everything fell right into place. The ordering process was as simple as all other online orders are. Select the product, specify delivery, and the rest just happens. The casket arrived on time and looked better than expected and there were no issues with the product or delivery. When all other possibilities were exhausted in finding an Xtra large white casket, adorned in gold trimming for my beloved Husband at the last minute, Joe was right on time. Not only did he deliver next day in a punctual and professional manner as promised, he also quoted me a reasonable price that I knew I wouldn't find anywhere else. Joe is definitely a man of his word and needles to say I was most certainly pleased with the results. Joe played a vital part in assisting me with giving my Husband a beautiful sendoff. Better than my highest expectations
I just want to thank you for all of your communication and timeliness for my father's casket last week. It was a fantastic quality, and better than I would have imagined it to be. You went above and beyond each time I reached out (which was more than it should have been, since I was stressed and paranoid). Thank you for such great customer service in an industry that really has a strong emotional stress on it.

I was a bit skeptical when I first started out looking for a casket outside of the funeral homes choices. Thinking to myself, will they let me bring my own casket to the funeral? Sure enough they have to let you. It’s the law. Joe was fantastic in guiding us through the process of getting the appropriate casket. Delivered promptly when promised this is an exceptional company. Perfect customer service
Working with Joe was an absolute joy. He did all he could for us, when other companies flat out said they could not deliver in time. It was especially hard over a long holiday weekend, but we received our casket in plenty of time. It was beautiful, better than the picture. It was called Tide White, but in reality it looked to me, to be a soft green with pink highlights. Perfect for my mother.

Joe was amazing to work with under some very stressful circumstances. My mom and I are Jewish and his plain pine box was even more Kosher than my grandma's, as his was truly doweled together! Joe was true to his word in every aspect and I am very happy with everything. Highly recommended!
