Lovely Quality
I have been extremely impressed with CatKissFish. The quality of the products and printing is excellent, and everything I have received has been beautifully made. Their customer service is responsive, helpful and professional, and they genuinely listen to their customers. As a designer, quality and reliable service are extremely important to me, and CatKissFish has exceeded my expectations.
High quality materials/items. Not the best quality control when printed in the US
Higher quality than most print on demand places out there. Products produced in the US are not always printed at their best, and the quality control is not the best. Superb customer service. I’ve been in contact with Eleven Chen, and they’ve been doing a stellar job, and even helped me start the process to create a new item that was not on their catalogue. Highly recommend it

Total game-changer for me
CKF has revolutionized my business with their services. I am astounded everyday that I am able to work with such a top-notch manufacturer so closely to make truly special pieces for my brand. Especially working with Yonah has been a delight, she and her team are so creative and have innovated several things for me that are just so cool and never existed before!! I plan on working with them more and more in the coming years.

Excellent POD and neat sewing with occasional mishaps. They do reimburse you if they made something wrongly. I appreciate their professionalism and communications. Fast shipping. Software for design could use some improvements. There is no undo feature. Packing could use better folding, and more professional packaging tyvek. They do allow labels on your clothing which is a plus. Overall, a better POD than most.
