What made my experience great was the amazing service great products fits comfortably. Always on time and if not they have the politeness to let you know the problem and they will work with u. I love the bra and panties sets super cute and comfortable. No problem with them or the service since I been with them they are the best and would recommend anyone to them
I absolutely love these undies. They are super comfy and don't show under clothes. It feels like I'm naked and I won't wear anything else!! I am VERY sensory sensitive and clothes have always been a huge issue for me. So finding these was like finding a hidden treasure! 😊 One con is that you can't dry them or else they get destroyed quickly. I am a super busy mom and I have yet to commit to actually not drying them, so honestly they fall apart in about 9 months with constant drying. But even that hasn't stopped me from continuing with purchasing them. I am a monthly subscriber and I love that you can pause it any month that you don't need more or can't afford it. I've been a member for almost 2 years! I have thrown out a few pairs along the way as they get too stretched out, or the insides come undone (I believe both these things come from drying them). I experimented with cuts and boyshorts have become my ultimate favorite - but briefs and high waisted cheekies are both fun and work for me! My husband and I neither one love the prints, so I mostly get neutrals, but here and there I'll grab a print I think is mild and cute! Overall, I think some things could be improved upon. But I'm super happy when I'm wearing these and it's worth the price and nuisance of them falling apart on me. Seriously. They're heaven on my butt. Just give them a try!
I love the underwear and was extremely happy when they came out with the boyfriend shorts. They come up high enough to make me feel supported. I love the way the material feels and it doesn’t make me sweat as much as regular cotton underwear. I do have a couple of issues. The first one seems to have been addressed over time, the pad area is stitched in vs heat adhered. I had several pairs where that pad section completely ripped out. After a couple wears, even with proper washing. Second issue is I never know what size is going to fit me. In pants I wear 2XL but I have some cheekboss Mediums that fits perfectly, while I also have some Larges that are too small. 3rd whenever I need to wear feminine pads with wings, the tape attaches to the material of the outside and I have to use alcohol wipes to remove it because if I wash it, it doesn’t remove it, it makes it worse. Overall I still pretty much only wear these underwear because they make me feel the most comfortable and confident.

I followed the size chart, everything is too large. Tried to get to customer service, because I couldn't get the subscription to change the size. I like the fabric and the philosophy, I don't like having to alter everything I have received.

The best underwear ever. All I wear. After the first pair I threw every other brand out. I wear the boy shorts and love the comfort, patterns, so much fun.
I order undies from here they are the only thing I will wear now I use to wear cotton ones and could never get the right fit or feel for them I tried these and have fell in love with them I only buy from here I own about 20 pairs and I am always trying to buy more.

I love these they’re the only thing i buy now. if you follow the wash and dry instructions they will last a lot longer! i’ve been a customer for years. Still could use some work on product life and cost is a lil much but watch for sales they are the best time to get them like buy 6 get 6 free type deal the more you spend the more you save!
They feel and look great! Have no issues. No problems with shipping, ordering, or subscription, no problems skipping a month. Great all around.
This company is doing everything well. The customer service is outstanding if there is a problme with an order or you just have a simple question. The products are of excellent quality. I wish there was a Cheek Boss around years ago! I will not buy any other underwear products anywhere else!
I signed up for the VIP package where they send you 3 pairs of undies every month for $24.99 They are supposed to send you ones from a list you choose but quite often they sent ones that were way off base and nothing at all what I would wear. At first the undies felt nice but after washing a couple of times, they werent quite right. Even though the bras are cute they offer no support at all. One of them that I ordered, the first day I wore it, the top of it kept on slipping down under my beasts which Ive never had happen with a bra in my life. Id recommend using them for their sign on deal so you can get a bunch of "free" stuff and then immediately canceling your subscription.
I love how comfortable and cute the underwear are. But they don’t last more than two months of use. And I’ve ordered a few times, and shipping takes over a month.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with CheekBoss and their customer service, and I strongly caution others before purchasing. I placed what I believed was a one-time order. At no point was it clearly communicated that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription. The website itself was glitching during my purchase, which added to the confusion. As soon as I realized there may be a subscription attached, I immediately requested cancellation—before the order even shipped. I also explained that I could not access the email account associated with the order, so I was unable to log in and cancel it myself. Despite this, customer service refused to assist me. Instead, they repeatedly sent generic instructions telling me to log in—completely ignoring the fact that I had already explained that I couldn’t. Let me be clear: I have the right to request cancellation, especially before an order ships and before a billing cycle renews. They had every opportunity to cancel this on their end and chose not to. They then allowed the charge to go through and denied my refund, insisting I return the item—something I had already tried to avoid by canceling in advance. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a prepaid return label, forcing me to pay out of pocket for a situation they could have prevented entirely. This experience shows: * A broken and confusing checkout/subscription process * A website that does not function properly * Customer service that refuses to assist with basic account issues * A cancellation process that feels intentionally difficult Their responses were scripted, dismissive, and lacked any real effort to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service. Good customer service means helping the customer with what they need. Instead, I was disregarded—there was no empathy, no assistance, and no ownership of the problem. I would never shop here again.
Absolutley adore this brand! They are probably the MOST comfortable undies I have ever owned!!! They’re smooth, soft and fit amazing!!! Proud to say I’m a returning customer from 2024!!

these are soooo user friendly! so many different patterns to choose from and if you want just plain colors there’s that too ! they fit so comfortably and don’t roll or anything. they are in fact seemless and sooo comfortable girl .definitely stayed subscribed
