Chick-fil-A use to be our only choice when going out to ration e s week. NOT ANYMORE! Their prices jumped so much we now have found other places that are more reasonable.

the food was impeccable, as my first time visiting, my husband, kids, and I, were thrilled with our outcome, my son loved the new pineapple dragonfruit summer drink, my husband nd daughter loved their chicken sandwich meal, i enjoyed my chicken tender meal along with the chick fil a sauce! this was so much better then my experience at popeyes last week. 10/10 would recommend definitely coming back again! may god bless!

I'm a loyal customer at Chick-Fil-a on Brainerd Road, My nephew and I eat there often but lately(more often than not)the food hasn't been good, and the wait has been very long. I just left there and received some extremely burnt chicken nuggets(12 count)and My fries were missing from My order and again lately this has been happening to Me too many times.

This is for the Chick Fil A in Kerrville Texas. I would avoid this location. The male "topknot" manager there is very rude to customers. Instead of resolving the situation, he worked to escalate the simple matter of a refund for food I did not receive. Very unprofessional.

The drive-thru is faster than ordering a head of time.

The food was as expected, and worthy of 5 stars. I decided to skip the drive-thru line and try ordering online and parking in a pick up spot. I ordered the food on my computer. I went to Chick-fil-a on Fruitville in Sarasota, FL. I parked in spot #2. The sign said to check in. No phone number was available. No one came to my car to get my name. I look at my email to see if there is a link for me to use. I got an email. it said to check in when I got to the restaurant. NO link. NO phone number. I have an order number. At this point it would have been faster to go through the drive thru as the line was short. Now I am getting irritated. I have been sitting in my car for a few minutes now trying to figure out how to check in, there are no instructions. No one has greated me. I look up the phone number. I have to listen to their message and sellect the right number "4". I am now irritated. This is supposed to be fast and easy, and I am on hold. Finally I get to talk to someone so I can check in. This person was cought off gard and told me that I am supposed to use the app. "I have you on the phone. Check me in." is my response. I do not have their app on my phone. After I am asked a bunch of questions the employee find my order and says that they have not started it because I have to check in first. At this point it would have been faster to wait in a long drive-thru line. Service you get 1 star. Food you get 5 stars. So I gave you 3 stars. I will not be going to chick-fil-a again for a very long time after this.

First and last time I eat Chick-fil-A food

Here it is July 16, 2026 I have never been to Chick-fil-A, today I decided to try it when I saw the menu the chicken sandwiches photos of what I was going to order looked awesome well worth the price. When I received my food open the cardboard carton there she was a small little chicken sandwich, they forgot to put the sauce on it. The lettuce was warm and wilted. It was Luke warm. The only thing that was good about my meal was the Diet Coke. It came with and the french fries were pleasantly delicious. Other than that on today’s date July 16, 2026 will be the last time I ever have a meal at Chick-fil-A.

I went through drive thru at Cornelia Ga. I know your employees are always friendly but this guy was over the top sounded like a robot. Got the spicey biscuit. YUK. Chicken tasted rotten.

The chick fil a sandwich

The chick fil a on hunt hwy was really good. And I loved the chicken sandwich and the Fries they were good and were a great meal together. And the drink seals the deal.

Mac n cheese

Mac n cheese. It started off as a Friday night, don’t want cook. But I want chicken. I’m also on a summer break from schooling and missed that school Mac n cheese. So you know what I got. Them nuggets and Mac n cheese. Chicken is alright like usual a little more on the dryer side. Mac n cheese tastes like school Mac n cheese. After I get done chowing down on it. My stomach starts churning and gurgling. All hell is about to break loose while I’m in the middle of a overwatch match. I RUN to the bathroom digging my toes into the bathroom rug beneath my feet, sweating pain. I spend atleast 20 mins in the bathroom with my radioactive shit. “Oh finally peace!” I monologue to myself. I go back to my room hop back on the game. 2 mins later. Another one. I sob in the pain of what it feels like me being ripped in half from the bottom up. I stare at the celling like it was my last time on this earth wishing the pain would go away. As I’m getting gassed out by the own smell of the radioactive shit I laid in the toilet. I sat on that toilet for a bout 10 more mins. I get out the bathroom and I am WADDLING back to my room sounding like a grandpa grunting his way to the nearest chair. I am currently sitting in my room waiting for the next wave to come. Anyhow, DO NOT get the Mac n cheese if you have nothing else in your system or if you have stomach issues

This particular location is in Wylie, Texas on Hwy 78. If you are looking for good service. DO NOT go to this location. It is staffed with Gen Zer's with bad attitudes. When I asked them to do their job. Not Only did they have trouble doing this, I had to put up with smart mouth employees. Comments like "Oh, aren't you just a bundle of Joy". At one point they wanted me to pull up so other customer's could be served, even after I had already paid for my order. ON top of this I had to tell them what I wanted FOUR times. But then again, this is what happens when you hire nothing but smart ass Gen Zer's.

Do NOT use the Drive Thru at this location. In no way is this a negative reflection on the great young staff that works at your Lindale location. I went through the drive through. I was ushered to the drive thru entrance. I was asked to pull to the cones. Order after order of the cars behind me were brought to my window. After many other customers behind me, had received their orders, I was begging, nicely, for my 4 strips. I realized after about 45 minutes, the car that has been sitting in the drive through, the manager, had no intention of serving. I moved to the parking area, parked, entered, then nicely asked for a refund. I was just wanting to leave this building. I received the refund, said, "thank you" then left. The lady had a bag of something and attempted to hand it to me. I had no idea how many cars that had been in, how old whatever it was. Thankfully, I was able to leave. Surely, there is some template or training, that encourages communication. If a car, is sitting for a prolonged period of time in the drive through. My original receipt the Manager kept. This way the time stamp would not be reflected on how long I was there. Obviously, I am never returning. I cannot get chicken there. I posted this on Yelp. The owner responded with a litany of lies. I pray, Chic-Fil-a adopts Christian values. The owner Josh, is a lie machine.

I ordered a family meal of 10 chicken…

I ordered a family meal of 10 chicken strips. Four sides were supposed to be included with it and I was charged extra for them. Also, four of the strips were very small in comparison to the others and I feel like when that happens they should put a couple of extras in there to compensate for that. I went back the following day to talk to them about the fact that I was charged extra for the sites that should’ve been included in the family meal, but the manager was not interested in hearing it and said there was nothing she could do about it! I was not offered any kind of compensation for the error . Also, when I got home, there were no sauces, napkins or utensils in the bag. The manager told me I should’ve checked all that before I left. Really????

unpleasant treatment

I'm not sure if this is the location of Chick Fill A in Ogden Utah, but the food here is good but with so much sacrifice of the food prep. staff. It's just that the treatment of employees is terrible; those who work in food preparation receive very unpleasant treatment, and the company boss does nothing to better train his managers.
