Could’ve did it without them contacted them after divorce in Jan moved in brand new home in April also helped my cousin who is also a veteran strong team here recommended them one of the few mortgage companies that allow manual underwriting so there’s hope

They do not follow through if you are truly wanting to buy a house do not choose City Worth the whole team is unprofessional Brian and David Schumway especially. To add insult to injury to cancel your real estate agreement you'll have to contact the real estate commission because they are unprofessional. They just have money that's it and that's all.
What an incredible process from the beginning to the very end! I started my journey in refinancing my home with contacting 4 different Mortgage companies. CityWorth Mortgage easily beat out all other companies.
