Most people will not see this, because they only post 4 & 5 star reviews on their site, just a another poor, dishonest business practice. Our mortgage banker, Coleman Bales is worthless, poor communication, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. I do not recommend using this group, communication is poor, they will not be honest with you. I co-signed a loan for my son and his wife and they drug it out and postponed closing 3 times. Finally asking for even more information on the last time than they did the first two times, knowing we would not be able close after this date. The request for additional information was made at 6:42 pm. I think it was done intentionally, they did not want to make this loan even with my guarantee with a credit score of about 750+. By dragging it out they effectively don't have to deny the loan. Maybe they're scared of being sued. Apply here at your own risk. All you have to lose is a month or more of your time and the home of your dreams.
My Loan Officer: Keith Litrenta went above and beyond to close my house. It was so easy to work with him. Cityworth offered the best rate around and process.

Today I closed my refi and whole process was handled by Maggie. I appreciate everything and it was a smooth process. I had shopped with multiple companies for the last 3 months and could not have landed better company and person to handle. Maggie kept me informed throughout and promptly. This was a welcome relief. Rates were the best that were available. Closing cost was reasonable and less than other companies. Maggie was available and answered almost immediately to my number of questions and doubts. She spent time in getting the best deal that I could avail.

Simply put, Tyler Quander is the BEST mortgage refinance person that we've EVER worked with. He was helpful, patient, professional without being stuffy, he had laser focus and knows his job, and he was responsive to my many questions and concerns. He delivered on what he promised, and we closed in record time (15 business days from when I first called him). We had a horrible experience with the bank that we’ve done business with for 20+ years. We tried to refinance with them, but we found that 20+ years of loyalty as their customer meant nothing when it came to them being fair with us on rates and closing costs. After six months (yes, 6) of getting the run-around, I finally had enough of dealing with my bank, so I gave this small company a chance.
My friend whose job it is to process 2nd mortgages at a big credit union, found out about CityWorth, researched them, and found that they are reputable, safe, and fair with their rates, so she chose them. That was good enough for me. I chose them too based on her recommendation of Tyler and his EXCELLENT customer service, and her knowledge of the ins and outs of the mortgage business. I'm so grateful to my friend for telling me about Tyler and CityWorth, and to Tyler and to Taylor Finn. They both were amazing, and they did not disappoint. THANK YOU!!! Oh, and I realize now that big banks and credit unions charge more BECAUSE THEY CAN. I'll ALWAYS go to CityWorth with my mortgage needs in the future. No more big business greed for us.
I had great experience dealing with CityWorth. They are pro and offer good rates. Especially, Daniel Sole is great. He was very responsive, gave good advice on every question I had, no matter it was the titling company's fee or a charge by my previous lender. The day before I closed on he contacted me recommending a better deal as it just became available. I really appreciate him.
Hello! I felt it was extremely important that I write this review and let everyone know how wonderful my experience with Sean, Savannah, and Cityworth was. I know in times like now, you probably more often than not, receive emails and reviews complaining about services and issues. This review is to praise the hard work of both Sean and Savannah. I just closed on my very first home loan ever and I think they were just as excited as I was. (Maybe because I won’t be bothering them everyday 😂) I know I had a difficult file and it seemed every corner we turned there was a new surprise waiting. Sean was super informed and very educated and Savannah was all of the above and one of the sweetest, kindest, and most responsive people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I loved the Cityworth refinance process with Daniel Sole. It was by far the smoothest and most succinct mortgage experience I've ever had. The language was completely clear and comprehensible. I hate to admit it, but it's the first time I've ever been able to read the documents through and thoroughly digest them. There are so many preliminary opportunities to review the documents electronically beforehand, that it makes the paper signing a breeze. Daniel also researched the outcomes of many possible options to allow me to choose the one that best supported my long term goals. I highly recommend this company. With only 4 years left on my mortgage, I was not even considering refinancing, but Daniel cut my monthly payment in half giving me the confidence of knowing that during these challenging economic times, I will be able to make my payment even on a reduced income, if necessary!
Amazing Experience - Irresistible Interest Rate and Terms
My husband and I just finished refinancing with Dan Sole, and we cannot recommend him and CityWorth highly enough! We actually just purchased our home at the end of July and weren't looking to refinance so soon (we closed on our refinance less than 4 months after closing on our initial purchase!), but after my father successfully closed on a refinance with amazing terms with Dan, we decided to reach out and see what terms he could get us. After speaking with Dan, we couldn't resist refinancing because of the amazing interest rate and terms that he was able to offer us. Dan was incredibly helpful.
