I loved the Cityworth refinance process with Daniel Sole. It was by far the smoothest and most succinct mortgage experience I've ever had. The language was completely clear and comprehensible. I hate to admit it, but it's the first time I've ever been able to read the documents through and thoroughly digest them. There are so many preliminary opportunities to review the documents electronically beforehand, that it makes the paper signing a breeze. Daniel also researched the outcomes of many possible options to allow me to choose the one that best supported my long term goals. I highly recommend this company. With only 4 years left on my mortgage, I was not even considering refinancing, but Daniel cut my monthly payment in half giving me the confidence of knowing that during these challenging economic times, I will be able to make my payment even on a reduced income, if necessary!
