Usually my realtor would be the one who handles mortgage communications, but this time, for the first time, I had to speak with my lender. It was extremely pleasant and smooth transaction that couldn’t have went better. I will definitely do business with and recommend City Worth again.
Honestly, this was the first time I had done this by myself and from the first it, talking to Julie in my dentist office, going to see Andrew & giving jim my startup paperwork, to the end getting it all settled it was seamless. Don't get caught up with this company. These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️
Run as fast as you can away from this company. It would be a long story but we had the same experience with Haider Bashir as another reviewer-literally almost exactly the same horrible experience. He made promises he never kept, assured us of our pre-approval, smooth talked our realtor with how everything was coming together. We came down to the day of closing (THE DAY OF CLOSING!!!)and all of a sudden he was hard to reach and had many excuses. We jumped through hoops for a week getting paperwork he should have worked on weeks before, while the seller gave us time because we had no reason to think it would not all go through as promised. A week after our closing date, he didn’t even call us. He told our realtor that we could not get the loan. Completely unprofessional!!!! We had already sold our home, moved out of our apartment we were renting in the process, and stayed with family for 2 weeks while we went through this. We have four children who had already planned and prepared for the new house. We lost thousands of dollars and were left with nothing after Haider lied over and over and never was kind or took responsibility for the tremendous damage he did. DO NOT trust him!!!!! Find another company that is actually reputable with honest people!

Keith Litrenta. Heather Hillery. Lauren Whitehead. Remember those names because they will change your life! We applied for a mortgage with no real expectation of being approved. Seven minutes after I hit submit Keith called me with good news. 8 weeks later we moved into our dream home. Keith, Heather and Lauren were there every single step of the way. They answered every question. We had an issue near the end and I genuinely thought it wasn't going to happen. I was trying to figure out how to tell my kids that we weren't going to be able to move after all. Keith and Heather worked relentlessly. They would not allow this closing to fall through. I can not say enough good about them. They are amazing. They are dream makers. If you do your part (get the the info they ask for, when they ask for it), they will work so hard to make sure they do their part. They will make sure you are "golden". They will get you into that house!
