Clubs support is the best support ive dealt with when it comes to online poker and maybe online support in general. Response time is very quick and understands the problems being reported and fixes them in an impressive amount of time and when things take a little longer they will throw in a little something for the inconvenience. Super friendly and incredibly helpful.

TRUTHFULLY... BEFORE YOU READ ANY REVIEWS ABOUT CLUBS POKER PLEASE READ THIS ONE FIRST. CLUBS POKER IS THE MOST FAIR, THE BEST POKER CASINO AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE THE#1 CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE #1 VIP MANAGEMENT CREW BY FAR. 4 star because so far for me, personally, its been great. Quick and easy to use. Always getting responses to questions or issues extremely fast considering the amount of users im sure. Any small issue I have had was resolved with tack and in a timely manor. And even if not the response I wanted to get, it was still with tacked. But they did ban my wife from there site because I used my card on her login to give her some mo ey to play with for a Mother's Day gift. I even sent an email saying it was me, my card my doing, got security checked for all my purchases and had to prove them, which was a pain, to still ha e her banned. I hear about it daily still how much she wants to have her site back...and all iver 20 dollars when I have put in thousands and more. But its a great site
Yes, when I did make my first redemption ($2,200) they blocked my account and requested additional info (I.e driver’s license and photo of the card used). I provided this info to customer service, who got everything handled within 2-4 hours. Money was received first thing this morning. I would recommend they don’t block your account when doing a redemption because it did seem alarming, but I guess it’s their protocol. Nonetheless, real customer, real experience, walked away with $1,600 of profit from slots.
Every thing about this place is awesome the rng is pretty spot on to live play, they take really good care of they’re vip members the only thing that could make this site better is free drinks lol
I've had plenty of fun and yes , this place is legit and I have pulled off a lot of money. But I have loaded much more then i have won, the more you win, The less staff and support team is willing to do for you. They shadow becoming a VIP with gifts, but pay attention, those gifts get more expensive over time. And if you ask them to give you your data on how much you've loaded and bought gold coins packages that come along with money. Versus how much you pulled out , you are left ignored and not even replied to. I recently had an epic win and I turned around and loaded more into their app.But since i've won , they will not budge or will not do anything that makes me feel like a vip. It would be an amazing casino and app to gamble on but the support team needs a grand overhaul.
Responsive, precise and solved my issues immediately.
So i went to verify my account so I can claim my redemption and guess what all of a sudden my account is blocked. I got an email saying that my account has been blocked due to terms and conditions being violated, and I have not violated any terms. There only reason my account is getting closed is because I had a win and as soon as I went to verify you guys wanna blick my account? That's not fair and thats not right i use many casino websites and never had this problem before this is such a fraudulent act and my attorneys will be in touch with you guys. I want literally robbed. I dont have multiple accounts, I never did anything to violate any terms or conditions all I did was play and win on the site, such a scam now my account is blocked and closed for no reason.
Like playing slots and 6 card plo about it. Tournaments and nl are trash. Lot of colluding and chip dumping or what looks like it. Massive nits with vpips below 20 just boring. I play on here when I'm stuck at home and bored. Like to have fun when I play and almost everyone there are so many negative jerks who think they are pros constantly critiquing or bragging playing. 25-.50 with no clue what a big game is. The higher limit plo community is pretty fun and regular enough but still free nits somehow. I probably play more slots than anything just to not see the negativity in chat
Super professional, communication was timely and answered all questions. Great customer support each and everytime.
Customer service is really good. Game play is fun
I love playing on this site. Since day one customer service has always taken care of me above and beyond! Any issues are always immediately handled. Gameplay fairness is typical for online play. I wouldn't say any better or any worse. The customer service definitely keeps me coming back. Thank you Sabrina
Well I won 10,000 on slots last week and it was great took about 24 hrs yo get paid , but they paid plus they have Texas poker … ok might I add best bonuses I’ve seen from any casino or app I just got done giving me I had a deposit $80 and they gave me $52 spins on a game and I’m at promotion they gave me I hit like a couple hundred and I kept playing it a little bit more like five more spins and I hit 1000 so yeah, I’m pretty impressed with them
I always have a good experience with you guys, Everytime I have an issue with something you guys always solve it , and your reaction time is always very good, I actually like dealing with you guys on my issues cause in my mind I know that you will take care of whatever it is that we are trying to resolve and in a very timely fashion, thanks for your help when I need it and keep it up cause your doing a great job and that goes out to all of you cause I've dealt with a bunch of you and you all are always on top of it, thank you very much, E.S.
I recently was playing a game I have clear undisputed evidence that I was right and they have still refused to pay me it's been 2and a half days heres the evidence u guys tell me if I'm crazy
just wanna start off and say that I love this platform. I’ve had a couple good hits on here. It’s not my main casino platform but when I’m looking for something different club, poker has never disappointed redemptions are relatively fast compared to other places customer service was always helpful. and polite when I wasdoing my verification so I could start the redemption process. “solid platform.”
I thought id found the only place better than capyspin and stake. I did all my verification right off the bat and was cleared by the time I started purchasing. Then I spent $10 and hit $1100 I believe I seen that $1000 was the max redeem for me so I cashed that out at 1:32pm get the processing email immediately. So naturally I thought this is promising! Then im getting ready for work at 4am and see an email from them I got excited for a second only to find out they need me to verify my identity again so now im just like what was the point of the first one or did they just need a couple extra pictures? In the end as of right now I wouldnt because they do the same stuff to stall you into canceling redemption and playing your winnings. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here unless you have some patience oh and let's not forget a a picture of any card you used there ! Goodluck and happy spinning if you havent checked out the sites i named above definitely do both have awesome games and the redemtions are so fast you won't be able to check accounts before it hits. Will update as necessary but I doubt imma be to impressed here.....
