Their VIP customer support really go above and beyond for their VIPS ! They recognize and reward players for their loyalty and they are not afraid of custom tailoring exclusive deals and discounts for them. Couldn’t be happier with the precision and level of care they provide that really make me feel like a VIP. Bravo Zulu to Sabrina my VIP manager and the VIP team for a job well done always !
This site is fair, fast, and fun!!! They have a great selection of new games. Great jackpot surprises. Their customer support is top, notch and they really take care of their V.I.P players. They respond to questions and inquiries very fast. And solve any issues with you directly. Also, their cashout policy is very fast. I'm talking sometimes in an hour or two.My money receives in my account. I played on many, many sleepstake sites. And this is by far hands down the best keep it up, clubs. You guys rock!
When I first started playing I win but every since that win I haven’t win anything don’t know what’s going on but starting to think I’m being scammed
I love clubs poker, not only for the gameplay but mainly because the customer service always makes you feel welcome and that you'll be taken care of! Thank you clubs support for all you do in taking care of loyal valued players like myself!
Great experience, good selection of games. Support generally responds within 24 hours or sooner. Never had any issues with the redemption process!
IOnce again clubs poker doesn't disappoint. I play the casino more than cards. However they have a top notch poker site. That said just cashed 3k and because of my vip status got more rewards! Bonus sc is always a treat! The customer service is the best in the business! Especially my Izzy thats Miss Isobel to new comers treat her with respect as nobody is better anywhere. All the rest in customer care are phenomenal to, you won't be disappointed no matter who you get. Good luck out there. Of course with Clubs Poker you won't need it. Just the tops in gambling. They even check in on your well being to if your gamble level is comfortable and your not going outside your own means.
Redeemed a small amount of $300 yesterday for the first time and it’s still pending. I usually play on other social casinos that do instant redemptions but I still have not received it support just keeps giving me the same answers over and over again I will consider changing this reveal if I get my redemption, but as of right now it’s going to stay this way. This is my first time redeeming and this is my first experience with them and I’m not pleased.
This rigged place needs to be shut down. I don't put money in here but this is not real poker, all programmed. F- all the way. The feds and government should shut this down for fraud. I asked me for a date this happened it happens everyday, its a joke and amusing but DONT EVER give them money.
The absolute best slot site out there! No other sites can compare to their promos. And their VIP program?! Dont even try. Theirs no one like this site. I dont know if these reviews are available to the public or of you can see my user name or a way to ask me questions but I promise no other sire beats their staff, promos, or values in their sc/gc packages. Ive been playing on this site for over 2 years.
Redemption process was quick and easy. My second redemption was declined by my bank due to a system issue but the Clubs support team helped me get it resolved and fixed within 1 hour! Great team, very responsive.
Its 50/50 good support
Only site I trust. Vip status is treated well by the hosts. Fast withdrawal made over 50 plus withdrawals ranging from 100 min to over 1000+. Once vip it takes at most 24 hours to get the withdrawal to hit your account. Slots selections are fantastic and countless, bonuses offered frequently and consistently. Fast and quick reply for the most part on inquires via email. Poker wise players are all over from fishes to regulars. Monthly promotions to win sc via slots or cash games. Tourneys run 24hrs ranging from micro stakes to mid buy in like caping around 33sc or so. Hyper sit n go have hit max pot sc on .25 and 1 buy ins once each so not rigged or bs. Honest and cares about feedback. My opinion this has been and will be the most reliable and consistent site from withdrawal, bonuses, promos, purchase bonuses, events, wide range of activity across casino to poker tables. Getwooed90 Holla when you see me around at final tables
Fast Payouts, Great Games .
no more daily login rewards. That's the core advantage of sweeps casinos.
DO NOT play on this website. Has happened on 2 separate occasions while playing blackjack where it didn’t take my bet so it made me wait til the next game started BUT it didn’t give me my money back. Do not recommend
Hundreds spent and nothing even close to a redemption. I didn't play the poker side, only the casino side, so maybe that's better...but the casino side is hot garbage. Every time I stumble on a site new to me I have optimism that it's fun and fair. Unfortunately that isn't what you will find here...it's awful!
I was playing OK. They recommend a purchase of $10 for 20 sc, or so, but the minimum cashout is $100. Decided to play the slots and won a little bit. But, I loaded up another slot, and they have the betting choices inverted. So, instead of my usual 25 cent spin, it spun at 25 dollars. Customer service said they understand, but it is "valid". F'em to h3ll. Aw, and ain't trusspilot so cute? They want the date of occurance. My god is a puttz. Jesus H Christ
Win, lose, or draw. You always get your money's worth out of Clubs!!! There customer service is by far the best out of all the online casino's I have played on. Keep it up CLUBS!!!!
