High quality site and support team

This site has always been professional and responsive to any issue that has come up. It doesn't matter if there was an issue with winnings or a technical issue. They thoroughly investigate and have always made me feel that they are non bias on all issue. The support team responds very quickly even if they don't have the exact answer yet they at least let you know where they are at in the process and update you asap. Redemption is quick and easy and I've only had one issue with it before and that was due to the support team verifying that they are paying out the correct person. So it wasn't an issue but the proof that high quality service and verification is their concern. I've loved this site and continue to use it. Thanks for all the hard work.

Beware! Buy packages with free spins and unable to complete free spins due to so many site errors. Constant game disconnects, unable to sit and spin for more than a few minutes without having to do a full site refresh. Had been a long constant problem with this site. Multiple browsers, multiple devices. Also other people have reported issue.

Bought a $20 Bonus Buy and received an error message and got kicked back to the lobby. I brought it to supports attention and they insisted that I didn't win anything, and that it was a regular $20 spin that I did, not a Bonus Buy. The kicker? The maximum spin for that particular game is $10. Lol. You'd think something that obvious and cut and dry would be a slam dunk, however even after bringing that to their attention, with documentation, they still insisted it was a regular spin, and I was owed nothing. Cool. If they had said I just didn't win anything that's fine, I know these bonus buys are by no means a guarantee. But to tell me I did a regular $20 spin, which is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE, and THEN stand by it, is crazy. Too bad. Fun site and other than this particular case, always had great support. Don't know what changed. 👎🏾

Bought Package, Didn't Receive My Free Spins

I have successfully Redeemed here before, fairly quickly too.... BUT, I purchased a Package for 20$, including 20sc and 50 Free Spins, and the Game the Free Spins were supposed to be on DOESNT EVEN WORK. Scam site. Glitched when I was mid bonus. When I was pumping money in, no problem. Hit a bonus, all the sudden Glitch. 250 spins at multiple denomination. The one bonus i hit, server error. I have a hard wired 5g internet connection. Scam site. Do not play this app.

What a JOKE!!!

With this many 5 star reviews, they must have paid for them or got them in exchange for perks. This is the most unrealistic poker site (well almost) out there. The algorithm seems like it chooses which players wins to begin with. If you're not the lucky one, cards fall to set you up with a great starting hand to getting beat by runner, runner quads or a straight to probably a bot. The whole thing is rigged. I've never played and not get angry. Sure, they give you 20 cents a day but I promise you they have no intention of letting you keep it, much less making more. If you're a new player, you might have luck the first few times but it will 100% go bad soon after. If you're going to play anyways, my best advice is that *IF* you get up even a little, CASH OUT RIGHT THEN! The site is a joke and if you don't want to be laughed at by the people running the site...STAY AWAY!!!

Be very wary of unauthorized charges..

This place, Clubs, is rotten. Regardless of how their poker is, I wouldn't know. I've only played their casino, which is fine for slots, but roulette & other live games are extremely glitchy. That's not why I'm reviewing & not why they deserve 0 stars. I've never received an unauthorized charge in my life until moments after my 2nd Clubs Poker redemption. Two $0.00 authentication visa provisioning charges, not worrisome. Then a minute later, less than 10 after my redemption & two authentication charges, $1.40 to AMZN digital, to the card I used to redeem, which is not my Amazon card. I've just reached out to both Amazon & my bank. Will have to get a new card, all because I redeemed on Clubs & now they're making small fraudulent charges via Amazon with said card. I've taken screenshots & of course receive notifications for stuff like this. It's definitely Clubs, & I'll be making BBB complaint after this. Look out for unauthorized charges, anyone who thinks this place is reputable. I've been paid before & defended them because I was paid in February. Only my 2nd time playing at Clubs & immediately start getting fraudulent charges minutes after redemption. Place cannot be trusted, clearly. I don't care if most have had good experiences. I too had no issues until around 90 minutes ago. It's a certainty, someone there is committing thievery, & I hope my bank & Amazon will be able to track them considering I know exactly who did it. Obviously, paid or not, I won't be returning.

It’s been over 90 emails back and forth: I’ve not touched my balance and submitted smaller redemption due to debit card withdrawal issues even to Skrill which is unlimited… they said they would work with me to get my redemable balance redeemed… keep telling me my redemption is in progress but in 4 days I’ve only received 2 totaling $1400. I still have $8500 to redeem… 04/25/2026 Normally I would give these guys a 5 star review great customer service! Fast payouts. But the last 2 of the cash outs I’m experiencing for the second time, them giving the run around and it taking forever and them giving me bs answer grant out once before, but I played their jump around through the hoops thing last time.
