My movers were almost 3 hours late

My movers were almost 3 hours late. Every hour 45-60 minutes I was calling them to ask what's going on. Not once was I reached out to, to let me know what's happening. The movers I had were great once they freaking showed up. They did not give me any form of compensation either.

My first moving company experience was great!

It was my first experience with a moving company and junk removal and I am sure if I need this kind of help again, I will call College Hunks! Ridge and Evan were "mover machines!" They wrapped up my dressers and other furniture with blankets and sealing wrap. Nothing moved! When they carried everything inside the new house, they put it all exactly where I wanted it. They get praises for all they did to make my first moving experience a good one! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Ridge and Evan!!

The payment system wasn’t explained all that well on the phone esp regarding hazards (which I asked about). Otherwise very good.

The "hunks" that showed up were extremely courteous and mindful of my property. They did it in the allotted time frame. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Your performance has always been…

Your performance has always been great!! But only my memory of past performance had me hang on through scheduling. I called and wow the circles and confusion and hoops that had me worrying that everything had changed but no still great service. If it had been my first encounter with your business I would have stopped before completing the scheduling. Either your staff or your computer programming or both needs improvement.

I was impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and politeness of the three gents: Edward B., Joshua and Noah. They worked hard and fast. I have to say I thought it was expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to.
