So where do I start. First this lady Jennifer came, she said it was about $1400 to move the stuff a mile away. The throw away she said a base of $495 plus the cost of disposal fees. She said 3 guys at 9am. They came at almost 1pm, 2 guys. Also had to reserve for $100. Once the 2 guys where there they gave me an estimate of more than $1000 to throw stuff, not even a quarter full of the truck they brought with them. So either you accept or they will drive away. Came out to haul everything at almost $3000 to haul 1 mile away. Vague pricing and estimate, the guys did not even deduct the $100 deposit. Very vague estimate and you are forced to accept otherwise you have to organize another mover. The 2 guys were really hardworking but overall the process and estimate is vague and if you are ready for surprises then this company is not recommended.
Henry, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry that you did not have a better experience with your recent junk haul. Please know we will be meeting with our entire team to discuss your review as we value all feedback as it helps us continue to improve and provide the best service possible. If you would like to speak with management please give us a call anytime. Again, we are sorry you did not have a better experience.
The guys were great! It was nice for a change to have someone else do our heavy work. Estimated time to finish was 3 hrs, they did it in 2. I was a little disappointed at first! Our move date got canceled & rescheduled to the next day due to some mishap but they gave 10% off so we saved quite a bit on the original quote due to fast workers & discount! I recommend college hunks to everyone!

These folks came in, efficiently wrapped all furniture. Quickly got it on the truck. Transported it to the new location and got everything unpacked. Very professional, work very quickly and efficiently. Did a great job. 10 out of 10. I will use that same crew again and again.

The movers were rude and arbitrarily increased their fees. The truck damaged the lawn irrigation system. The management company is preparing materials and evidence to sue your company. There are photographic evidence.

The two staff members were super efficient and professional. We had a few bulky, heavy pieces of furniture that needed to be removed. They took those apart and cleared them out in lighting speed, all the while keeping the place clean and tidy.

The movers were on time and diligent. They handled the challenges posed by a narrow doorway with professionalism and skill. The cost was very reasonable for the time and labor.
