So far, my experience has been great! The card was easy to activate, charges have been accepted, and when i call customer service, they too have been great! Thank you!

Quick turnaround time to receive card
Quick turnaround time to receive card. Was shocked at the annual fee so advertisement of credit line was deceiving. This is my second card with Concora. Will see how it progresses!

The Annual Fee is RIDICULOUS!!!!!
The Annual Fee is RIDICULOUS!!!!! edited to add - i never said they did not disclose the annual fee. i said it was ridiculous. $250 is a bit steep but you have to work your way up i guess. this is a card i’d you are desperately needing the money at the moment. if not, do not get it.

I am thankful for this card as it provided much needed financial assistance. I am building my credit again and this card is helping. Customer service is very friendly and they assisted me in getting this card finalized. Thank you Milestone.

I am giving 3 stars only because as soon as I received the card and the account app didn’t give really any information. I want to only give it 2stars but am a new customer and hopefully give this a chance of at least 3 stars. Signed into the app to see my account This is what I signed into Unable to access account. Please call 1-800-705-5144 for more information. Not very happy about this. I called the number and it hung upa few times. Then started to put in the information it was asking for and all it did is repeat itself. Very concerning as this being connected to me and my credit.

I appreciate the opportunity for the card and the credit line. I don’t think it’s very fair that you charge people $250 annual fee. You are already setting them up for failure with that kind of fee. I understand you’re taking a risk but that’s not very ethical in my opinion.
