Top Notch customer service and Company
I have bought several things from Crutchfield over the last year from my stereo build everything has gone perfect. However I ordered some brand new wharfedale evo 5.4 speakers the other day on Tuesdays the 30th of June and was told my speakers would be at my house on Thursday the 2nd of July. I get a email on Wednesday the 1st saying there was a delay and wouldn't be to my house until Friday the 3rd. HUGE PROBLEM MY 4th of July party every year is on the 3rd. I called and after a few back and forth with them guess what? They shipped my speakers over night express. Both speaker with packaging was 152lbs. The cost had to have been over 700 bucks. We'll my speakers got to my house on time and hooked up and are playing now and sound beautiful. Thank you crutchfield for stepping up so my party will ha e music. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Really need to allow ApplePay and GooglePay for in-store purchases. Drove all the way to store to pick up a reserved item and was not able to purchase because I didn't have my actual credit card.

Says delivery in 2 days or less...ordered Saturday and not posed to be here till tomorrow...(Wednesday)...should've specified certain packages only and depending on address
