This is my 2nd time purchasing a speaker from Crutchfield and both orders were packed in additional well-fitted boxes for protection and shipped within hours of placing my orders. I opted for the free ground shipping for both orders and received each one in only a few days, even though they traveled across the country to reach California. Very good selection and surprisingly great prices too! The website is near perfect and full of useful information without pop-up distractions.

I am extremely disappointed with Crutchfield's online support. I was trying to get a simple headphone amplifier recommendation based on their own "Headphone Amp Buying Guide." The chat agent completely ignored the context and text of my messages. In multiple replies, I explicitly specified my headphones (Dan Clark Audio Aeon 2 Closed), my budget, my sound preference (warm, Class A solid-state like Schiit Asgard), and my current source (SMSL C200 DAC used strictly as a pure DAC). Despite having all the details, the agent kept looping the exact same scripted questions over and over again: asking about the budget I already provided, asking if I need a built-in DAC, and then simply closed the chat session on me. This is not the "legendary expert service" Crutchfield claims to have. It was a complete waste of time. I strongly advise management to review chat logs and fix agent training.

Everything needed for a professional installation. Along with instructions on how to disassemble the car interior to perform installation. Every car has tricks of snaps and clips that would otherwise take hours to figure out.
