Simply the best.
First and foremost the customer service is top drawer. No question. No matter who you may need to speak to, everyone is patient, helpful and knowledgable. I replaced my car head unit and hit a snag, but turned out it wasn't, and I just hadn't completed the installation (The then disconnected A/C unit is linked to the same BUS as the head unit, re-connected and all was well) to make the steering wheel controls work. The unit itself sounds really nice.

Satisfied Customer
Such a great experience from begging to end. The website made it easy to find the right speakers, adapter, and also provided instructions on how to replace them.

Buyers beware
Buyers beware! If i could give 0 stars I would. Their 60 day return if you don’t like it is a scam. I have spent $28k since 2020. Kept 17 items and returned 2 with 3 exchanges due to faulty products. Worked with tech support and they confirmed the products were faulty and recommended an exchange which I did. I am now told I have had too many returns and they refuse to sell anything to me for it. $28k I would expect better loyalty. End of the day they brag about their return policy but don’t use it as you might be blacklisted even as a loyal customer. It’s a false promise of don't like it return it.
Bought some speakers for the doors of our “C” Class motorhome. I chose the JBL 6x8’s from the customer ratings and due to some static in the original Ford speakers. After installation was complete I could still hear the noise to I now have to dig the head unit out as the prior owner had it installed as an upgrade from the factory unit. I’m hoping it is just a lose or back connection. The dashes on E-350’s are not rhe funniest to remove, but I’ll call Crutchfield and see if they have an instruction pamphlet as if I bought a new head unit. The speakers sounded good when they were not crackling. Also UPS sat on the item an extra day from expected delivery date. I know we don’t count the weekend, but it sat like 3 days 60 miles from the house at the UPS facility. Crutchfield had it out quickly and is always helpful.

Everything work perfectly. The custom wiring harness made the whole installation plug-and-play. The system review was accurate to what I received. I don't know hownit could have gone any smoother.

First time user
As a first time user, I am very impressed with this site's services. Everything was very in-depth when selecting the parts I was ordering, including checking for compatibility. Shipping was also very fast. Very nice overall.
The process of finding a new head unit for my Porsche was made easy by Crutchfield. The install kit had everything I needed. This is not a critique, but my only suggestion for Crutchfield would be to have an option to specify what unit is being replaced. My car already had an aftermarket unit so their instructions were not correct. However ChatGPT was a big help.

Great prices, fast shipping, most items will come with free extra items that are needed to complete your install. For example my 2 sets of door speakers came with mounting brackets and wire harnesses for FREE. You wont get that with Amazon!
Advisor, (Clarence) was fantastic talking me through choices and a solution for my problem

They beat everyone for price and service
I was looking for a new sound system for my truck and did online research. Crutchfield had the best information: an intuitive, accurate, and informative search engine that quickly helps narrow down the right items. Once I selected the one I wanted, Crutchfield had the best prices for the unit and the installation accessories needed. Their customer service is the best on the business and the shipping was fast and free. I have been buying from them since my first car over 40 years ago which.
See technician I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was friendly and had a very professional attitude. He could answer all my questions and gave me helpful advice.
Ordered a Kenwood dnx997xr, and thee most expensive install kit. Well, someone forgot to pack a key component to my being able to install this headunit that I just spent close to $1,500 on. I called tech support and was not treated the best by the first person I was in contact with. This person called back after being rude and decided that he was going to call me by my full name, instead of the name I gave him... Which is conveniently my NAME!!
I then later called back as I needed to get the tech support email as the first man, decided to not give me the correct email address. Thanks to the 2nd guy for giving me the correct information!
As for the issue the part missing is a MRR adapter that connects my harness to my truck. That's a $189 part. My truck is in pieces and inoperable because of this ordeal.
Upon emailing tech support, I was treated like a child that couldn't look through a box. Have a lil compassion, I didn't want to have to be in this position.
I really hope that this can be corrected. Thanks for dropping cold mid conversation tech support!
Equipment suggestions and purchase were as always first rate. The installation instructions for the first time were not accurate. The Metra adapters for the front speakers had to be modified to match the existing mounting holes, for the rear, there were two steps missing. The kicker installation directions were almost non-existent.
