Responses were extremely quick, made accommodations with no issues, the price was more than reasonable and affordable, overall amazing service. The report came back quickly and was as detailed and thorough as promised with plenty of pictures attached. Would 100% recommend!
CS Surveying. After previously having had foam insulation installed and removed, I responded to a cold call from a "surveyor" to ask if I would like him to check the work as this would then satisfy any morgage enquiries so, as there was no cost involved, I agreed. He duly arrived and immediately on entering the walk in loft began shaking his head, he gave me an immediate quote to rectify of £4600, this was revised to £3600 five minutes later. I declined the offer and decided to get a local surveyor involved, even though I new this wouldn't be a cheap option. John from CS Surveying duly arrived and after a good look around explained that the foam on the gable brickwork (which I told the original removers to leave), needed removing and all would be as it should be. John provided a full report with photo's, he also provided the details of someone local who would remove it and after a re-inspection, an updated report. I'm extremely gratefull to John and CS Surveying, they are a professional friendly company, gave me peace of mind and saved me £2600.

I searched for a company to do a survey on my parents home prior to selling, they came from out of area and I have to say they were very very professional, efficient and experienced. The report is concise, clear and what we needed to know and understand as my parents had lived in the house since the 1960's and of course legal things have changed. This report gave us a full understanding of what we needed and can expect which has given us confidence in the next process for this historical family home. Very informative and thorough report and easy to understand.

This Company are really efficient with my Survey Report. I emailed on the Monday Morning for the go ahead they emailed me back the same day and went on the Wednesday the report was back with us the Tuesday after that includes a weekend. Andrea was very helpful during my initial enquiries by phone. She emailed some useful information. I also to asked John to carry out some small extra checks during his survey, which were done without any problems. John's report was thorough, and most interesting.
From start to finish John and Andrea were both amazing with communication were constantly there to answer any questions we had and was quick to get our survey booked in. We paid for a level 3 survey for a house purchase and CS surveying were brilliant. Well priced, very communicative and a fast turn around. The survey results were extensive and in depth, very clearly highlighting any issues within the property and approximate costs to rectify these. I had a Level 3 survey report from CS Surveying. I was really impressed with the very detailed report I received. Unlike other surveying companies my CS report came with a breakdown of cost. Contacted CS Surveying on the Monday to book a level 3 building survey, they came back straight away and had it booked in at the property we were purchasing for 2 days later (Wednesday). I received the full report back the following Wednesday afternoon. I cannot recommend them enough for their speedy service and turn around from the first point of contact.
Really happy with the service, arranged and surveyed the property promptly and provided a very detailed survey report within a week which was ideal for us as we were keen to progress with the house purchase. They also gave a breakdown of recommended repair costs which was really useful.
We have used CS surveying twice now, both times they have provided us with detailed reports and pointed out potential issues with the property that we didn't spot. They're always the quickest and easiest surveyor to instruct for our level 3 surveys. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
