What a disappointment

What a disappointment. They had nothing is stock, then drop shipped my paid in advance order to the wrong address. I called the store to resolve the issue, they were no help. I then contacted the main office, and was belittled, dismissed, and gaslight - for THEIR error. ZERO apology or empathy. IF I ever receive my hundreds of dollars worth of products, it will be the last. I'm looking into contacting corporate to discuss this with them. Thats's assuming they care. Just purchase from Rocky Mountain instead.

System error and terrible support cost me a high-ticket orderI am extremely frustrated with Cycle Gear's online ordering system and customer service. I placed an order for expensive gear, but their system automatically reverted to an old address. This happened despite the fact that I have successfully bought and received multiple items at my new house—located 400 miles away—since moving.When I noticed the error, I immediately tried to update the order. The system would not allow it. I then initiated multiple chats, emails, and phone calls trying to get help. Instead of receiving support, I was treated poorly by staff who ultimately told me there was nothing they could do.Because of this lack of assistance, my expensive package was delivered to a stranger's house. Cycle Gear completely abandoned responsibility, leaving me with the burden and expense of trying to arrange a private pickup and shipping from 400 miles away. Their system glitch and awful customer service cost me significant time and money. Avoid ordering online.

A terrific experience

I need to give a special shout out to Cycle Gear staffmember John, who spent a large amount of time and effort to fix an obscure communication issue we were having with our SENA comm units. He was incredibly patient, positive, and applied his knowledge and experience to getting the units working (which they eventually did). He never tried to rush us through it. I feel incredibly grateful that he helped us and took the time to make it right. Thank you, John, you made going to Cycle Gear a great experience I'll always remember.

Cycle gear actually did fine on this but FedEx.

Cycle gear actually did fine on ordering. Now their delivery service FedEx decided to deliver my package to one of my neighbors. I had to go get it myself. Or wait another couple weeks and also be subject to the same thing. I mean if you can read addresses, then you can see the issue. The guys in the cycle gear shop are cool and also have experienced this oddly enough. I mean that's bad. So just have things delivered to your local store.

First thing your videos on your products are great! That pushed me towards my purchase. Next you had it on sale and that price I could not find anywhere else. Becoming a RPM member gave me discounts and points back that allowed me to reap more benefits. The Cardo Pack Edge Duo was a perfect choice for my needs. Quick delivery, correspondence on the status of the order was spot on.

Purchased a Leatt 7.5 jacket

Purchased a Leatt 7.5 jacket , shipped with wrong address hoping FedEx will return it ( I’m leaving for Europe to ride won’t be here when it arrives ). Bought another one for the trip hoping for a refund on the first one. The description says with thermal liner that didn’t come with it. Called cycle gear they said yes it says that but doesn’t come with it. You can buy ANOTHER one with the liner and send that one back. I wish I would have known I left a thermal back in Charleston Don’t believe the description and don’t count on help even if it’s they’re screw up. There’s lots of places to buy gear that want your business

I went to few cyclegear stores I had hard time finding the right helmet fit I would say I tried over 30 helmets found two models fits me ok before I buy any of em Dom in cyclegear Manchester he’s the goat the best he kept trying custom some helmets for me etc funny very humble he didn’t let me go on my option before we try a lot of custom options I ended up getting either R7 Alpinestar or scorpion Covert FX since both of em fit me I ended up with the CovertFx cause way cheaper gave me chance to also buy the new Sena 60S comm system and he installed it to me on my helmet Dom if you see this wait for me again 😂it’s time for new toys soon

Cycle Gear great customer service and hemet choices

Cycle Gear, Orange Park FL great! J D was most helpful. I needed a full face helmet and was not sure which one nor correct size. JD spent aprox 45 min with me first visit and aprox 30 min next visit. ( I actually had a coupon for $100 at the Harley store but Cycle Gear and JD more helpful😏) JD explained all the new features on many helmets as I had not purchased a helmet in over 10 years..me bad. I chose Shoei full face I would upload photo but do not see where here

I tried to cancel my order literally…

I tried to cancel my order literally FIVE minutes after placing it and was told that it was too late as it was being prepared for shipping. It then took ten days to receive it, something doesn’t add up. Not happy with this transaction at all. I am sure I can return it but will have to pay return shipping costs. Shady business practice
