I had customer service reach out the minute there was a discrepancy found, issued a refund as well as a small in store credit as a thank you. Completely blew me away considering I just canceled an order with a competitor website for almost the same issue and went to cycle gear for the parts. Competitor had my bike down with no contact for almost 2 weeks and when I reached out they said another 2 weeks on parts. Cycle gear had the parts to my door in 2 days! Had I went with cycle gear the first time I would have only had my bike down 2 days! Don’t be like me go with cycle gear the first time!

Their shipping department is very solid. The product itself was exactly as described by their design team. Two important elements of a good company, but often overlooked. This indicates a company that knows it needs to maintain teams other than the sales team.

The employee's at my home store have always been fantastic even though I'm an older, female, newer rider. They did all the work to order me a new visor online for a helmet they didn't carry in store, and called me immediately after it arrived. They left a voicemail when I didn't answer and even gave me the store hours so I didn't have to look them up to know if I could pick it up on the way home from work.

Wrong Part Sent

Went to the store to order the product, selected the right item. When it arrived, I had my motorcycle half apart and ready to install the new part. Only to find out that the completely wrong item was sent. I had to take it back to the store 2 times because they had trouble trying to return it in their internal system. After waiting for phone support *in store*, they at least gave me a $30 credit. Not an ideal situation, especially given I spent half a grand on the part.
