Edit: they did resolve this issue and refunded the price of the batteries. Amended my review to reflect customer service as it was good.
Bought a pack of cartridges, liquidizer and 2 510 batteries, {the cheapest ones they have albeit) and the batteries did not work at all, ended up just buying 2 new batteries at a local vape shop. Left a review on the batteries a few days ago, the review I wrote is still not visible and they have not tried to contact me about resolving this issue. As far as I can tell the cartidges are working great, but they are literally identical to the Chinese ones from Amazon and Ebay for a third of the price. The liquidizer is the best I've found out of 3, but it is PG based which will turn it brown over the time you use it and will start to not taste so good, but that is the only thing I will probably continue to buy from them.

Took a while to come but when it did it was soooo worth it
I have yet to recieve the item i have waited and waited and 4 days after ordering thisni placed a order through wish to hong kong for a endoscope and i recieved it already but it did finally come and was soooo worth the wait deff gonnanorder again

I had a great experience with dabbix labs .my order came an one of the glass pieces were broke so I sent them a pic an now they are sending me the replacement glass.they are good people .
Still haven't received the item and it's been over a week and I don't even think the package still hasn't moved or on its way. Extremely unhappy

This is a first purchase for me. My girlfriend has bout other vape pens but this one is by far the best. The website was descriptive and easy to use. They delivery time was fast and the product was amazing. Best vape I have ever used.
This honey straw works great but was hard to get the temp right and also cools down very fast, if you are using heat up till slightly red tip and then wait about 10-15 seconds then use.
This product had slight troubles with a massive diameter for the straw itself and is very easy to suck up shatter or even live rosin and make sure you clean after every hit or it will catch on fire with dabs stuck in it.
