I have been feeding Darwins to my dogs for several years. My dogs love the food and they are very healthy.

I have been a Darwin’s customer for over a decade at this point. The food they offer is the best- I’ve tried them all, both raw and cooked, If you can muster up the bucks and you seriously are invested in your cat’s (cats’) well-being, this is a stellar option,Over the years the most challenging aspect of my orders was getting them in any kind of timely manner- I live away from the big urban centers. But finally Darwin’s bit the bullet and started using UPS for delivering and since then everything has been flawless and their raw meals are 5 stars according to my 2 extremely discerning cats,

Too many times I have received a notification that my credit card has been charged and my order has shipped. I travel. I have requested many times a ‘heads-up” email a week, three days or at least one day prior. When I first joined, this was the norm. Somewhere about 2021 or 2022 they dropped the “heads-up” email. I have scrambled to get my order cancelled or delayed from miles away many times now. The website has locked me out, my remembered password is useless. I phoned twice for a recovery email (both of which I had to sign in to use) once again useless. I had to put my account on hold and now have to call to make orders.
I love knowing exactly what’s in my fur babies’ food, and I’m so excited that I’ve switched them to a raw diet! The transition was surprisingly easy. I have three cats—two adjusted right away, while the third took a little longer, but now we have a great routine.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I noticed a few small bone fragments in the chicken. One of my cats actually picked them out, which is how I noticed them. It definitely caught me by surprise and made me a little nervous at first. If Darwin’s mentions that small bone fragments are normal in their raw food, then I must have missed it. A little more information about that would be helpful for first-time raw feeders.
Overall, Darwin has been very reliable, the food seems to be high quality, and most importantly, my cats absolutely love it. I’m happy I made the switch and would recommend it.

We have had a subscription set up with Darwin’s for several years and I so appreciate the ease with which we can adjust the content and frequency, or place a temporary hold, on our recurring orders. Customer service is excellent.

I have been a customer since 2018. My boy (cat) Logan has grown up very happy and healthy thanks to the meats this company has produced. I can not grind my own chicken into meals for him. So being able to find and trust a product so fair and honest is truly a god send.
