I have been using Darwin's product almost 10 years. I have tried various raw foods but the quality of the ingredients and freshness are the best - and definitely reflect to our 4 legged family members' health (dogs and cats). Over the time their delivery and customer service have improved. Yes, the price is a higher end, but when I tried to source and made my own home made raw foods, it ended up with cost more (plus my time). And also balancing all the minerals and nutrients can be very challenging, and at the end, I am very happy to continue using Darwin's for my 4 legged family members.

While the meat is great, the customer service isn't. Orders were delayed, delivered late, emails about delivery weren't sent. Worst of all the dry ice burned me! Complained to customer service and they promised to not send order with dry ice but they did so three more times. This is when I canceled my subscription.
My dogs have been eating Darwin's for their whole lives. One is 13 and the other three are younger. The food is excellent! Their teeth sparkle, and I rarely brush them, their coats excellent, appetite and attitudes are always top notch, and, the added benefit of small stool😁 They are healthy. That says it all.

Edgar, my pit bull, finally enjoys his meals since I started giving him Darwin's raw turkey with vegetables. The nutritional content is unbeatable..giving him the energy and good health of a much younger dog. He still enjoys playing with his friends!! Also, I'm always impressed when the food arrives frozen even in 90° weather. I wish the company did not have to use a large plastic bag in packaging but I don't see an alternative. Maybe they can come up with something.

Our 3 dogs are 12, 14 and 16. They all love Darwin’s and are thriving.
Customer service is also excellent. If we need Darwin’s to add more dry ice or have a delivery delayed, Darwin’s always obliges.

Our pup has been eating Darwins for five years. Excellent product and good company! Customer service is responsive and unlike some companies, the wait time to talk to a real person is usually not long.

I’m a veterinarian and have recommended Darwin’s for over 20 years to many clients for the health of their pets. Kittens who have just been weaned, especially if they’re having GI issues, respond immediately to a species specific diet. Kibble is the worst food to feed your pets, highly processed and you know what that food does to us humans.
I love Darwin’s, it’s what I’ve been feeding MY pets for over 20 years. My oldest kitty who died at 17 from a heart issue died with a beautiful hair coat, minimal if any dental disease, no GI issues, no kidney disease, etc.

Customer Service, on the occasion when I have had a question, is always prompt with a reply. When I lived near the Tukwila plant and would pick up my dogs' food in person, I had a chance to meet some of them and once, Mr Gary, the owner. Friendly, helpful people, all. Now that I live in Texas, I appreciate the ability to have it shipped to my home, always well-packed and arriving frozen solid. My senior dogs continue to enjoy robust health, and I anticipate many more years with these sweet girls.
