What people say

Very heavey handed

Very heavey handed, threatening emails in one week: 'Hi Simon, This is my last note on this. I'll assume Sircles.Net Limited has its filing arrangements covered unless I hear otherwise. If that changes, or if your next accounting period end is closer than you'd like, my door is open. The first entity remains on us for former CATO filers, and set-up takes a few minutes. Thanks for your time, and good luck with the year ahead. Regards, Shruthika DataTracks ________________________________________ From: Shruthika S Sent: Monday, September 14, 2026 17:22 To: info@ Subject: A quick question on your next Corporation Tax return Hi Simon, Rather than send more detail, I'd rather ask: how is Sircles.Net Limited planning to submit its next Corporation Tax return now that CATO has closed? If you've already sorted it, let me know and I'll leave it there. If it's still on the list, Nova is the closest thing to what you had before, and the first entity is on us. A one-line reply either way would be appreciated. Regards, Shruthika Datatracks ________________________________________ From: Shruthika S Sent: Monday, September 9, 2026 17:22 To: info@ Subject: How a Datatracks NOVA filing works Hi Simon, In case the timing wasn't right earlier, here's the short version. A Nova filing is three steps: upload your completed accounts and CT600, confirm the company details, and submit. Both HMRC and Companies House are covered in the same pass, and the acknowledgements are stored against the entity for your records. Companies House still accepts WebFiling for accounts today, but it has confirmed it is moving to software-only filing, so having one submission route now avoids a second change later. For Sircles.Net Limited, the first entity is on us. Would you like to know more? Regards, Shruthika Datatracks From: Shruthika S Sent: 04 September 2026 12:05 To: info@ Subject: One thing former CATO filers tend to miss Hi Simon, A practical point for Sircles.Net Limited: returns filed through CATO can no longer be opened, amended or re-filed, and there is no free government route to replace it. If your next return is rejected or needs correcting, that also has to go through software. Nova covers the submission side only, so there's nothing new to learn on the accounts themselves. You upload what you've prepared, we file it, and you get the HMRC and Companies House acknowledgements back. Happy to share more if it's relevant to you. Regards, Shruthika Datatracks From: Shruthika S Sent: 03 September 2026 14:43 To: ‘info Subject: Filing your company accounts and tax after CATO Hi Simon, If Sircles.Net Limited used HMRC's joint accounts and tax filing service (CATO) in previous years, that route closed on 31 March. From this year the Corporation Tax return and accounts have to be submitted through recognised commercial software. DataTracks Nova is built for micro-entities and small companies in that position. You keep preparing your accounts and CT600 the way you do now; Nova submits them to HMRC and Companies House. For companies moving over from CATO, the first entity is on us. No card needed to set up. Is this worth a look for Sircles.Net Limited? Regards, Shruthika DataTracks' Who is this person and who do they think they are emailing? Our director? On the info@ address?

Amazing support and straightforward tools

Have recently started using the Mifid Transaction Reporting and CRD reporting tools of Datatracks. The software is quite easy to use and straightforward, not too fancy UI but functional. I must say the support has been exceptional, always fast with their responses on support inquiries, scheduling immediate calls to discuss and guide me through issues I encountered (so far has been user error) and very friendly in general.
