Amazing support and straightforward tools
Have recently started using the Mifid Transaction Reporting and CRD reporting tools of Datatracks. The software is quite easy to use and straightforward, not too fancy UI but functional. I must say the support has been exceptional, always fast with their responses on support inquiries, scheduling immediate calls to discuss and guide me through issues I encountered (so far has been user error) and very friendly in general.
