Don't let your ego make you bid more than you truly want to

Be sure to only bid on items you really want and don't let your ego cause you to bud more than you should and I absolutely love the products they have up for auction thanks dealdash

I don’t know if anyone regulates this auction site, which is well set up and entertaining. I finally got the impression I was betting against the house to raise the price and require a lot more bids from me. If you include the cost of the bids in the purchase price it is no deal. And they have their own brands with incredibly high retail values. Not something you want to get addicted to as it is clearly a form of gambling.

Got burned by DealDash - Run don't Dash away from this site.

I got locked out of my log on. I made the mistake of signing up with a second account - like it said your household could have. I tried to get help with "the FRIENDLY 24/7 customer service" let me tell you - this is a LIE. I finally got a response 3 weeks later. She couldn't help me with email. I had to contact that department separately - (I did fill out the form for password assistance) Next email was - Saying they had closed my account do to the infraction I had signed up for 2 accounts. They claim my wins were forfeited and anything I spent was unrecoverable. Next email told me about the Helpful information about the rules. Because of my misunderstanding and trying to get assistance I am forfeiting my auctions and money. They got my money and kept the auction. How is this legal? Stay away from this scam.

I am still learning this process but for now just taking it slow and going with the flow to see how this works.

Bid with your head. Not over it.

I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I do believe bots are used at times. I've played long enough to notice a pattern. If a player joined on that very day and bids steady like a pro, it's suspicious. New players are usually all over the place and erratic. Other than that, I've been very satisfied. The products I've won have been high quality and the retail value of my wins exceed the amount spent. Just beware of "Dealdash brands" such as Bolvaint or Riviere. These are not real brands but made up by Dealdash. Stick to actual name brands. Their customer service is fantastic! If a product, such as Perricone MD, is expiring soon, it is noted in the description. I encourage everyone to read the FULL description. Playing is addictive, it is frustrating and can cause emotional reactions that can override rational financial decisions but as long as you have discipline and keep track of your spending, it's a fun time.

Fun to long of bidding 3 hrs really? Until I saw that my 30. Glasses actually cost me 300. After purchasing points. Please canel all and refund me. What a scam.

Great company, fun experience

I’ve used DealDash quite often and always have an outstanding experience. The free shipping is a nice bonus and the items put up for bid are always the highest quality. The competition ranges from almost none to fiercely competitive. Give DealDash a try, you won’t be sorry, but realize you have to purchase bids so add their cost to the total when deciding how much to bid

I had never used this website before

I would now like to add that Deal Dash did contact me via email. They did cancel my account with them and fully refunded the charges. I would still.like to advise everyone to ask questions and read reviews before getting involved with any website. I had never used this website before. It told me if I signed up, I would get 50 free bids. However, I was charged $35. I must assume for those 50 bids that were supposed to be free, as I was not told that I would be charged money right off the bat for anything. So when my initial bids ran out, i did purchase a few more, but it costed me seven dollars. I guess I understand that part.But the part I don't get is being charged.Thirty five dollars for the initial bids that I was told would be free. And of course, you can't get a hold of anybody in customer service to get a refund. I did send them an email.And I better get that money back. Otherwise i'm going online and I am going to advise everybody that I can possibly advise not to ever use deal dash if. They literally steal your money.

The platform is easy to use

The platform is easy to use. Watching bids is exciting. It seems like the products are of great quality. I'd like to be able to give the platform 5 stars but it's far too easy to spend a lot of money and get nothing in return. That's been my experience. I've spent so much on bids, with no return. I think I've been a bit naive about the process of buying bids then paying money for the bid you won if you win. Nevertheless, it's okay for some people, but doesn't work for me. BTW, their customer service people are really nice and try to support you as they can.

I enjoy the win! It takes alot of patience and strategies so come in prepared, there's a learning curve! Still a fun way to spend a afternoon!
