I've used it twice. Both times it worked just like the ad shows.
What it does NOT show is that after its on for over an hour, it looks dry and dusty like old cover-up.
It eventually became more of an eyesore than my dark circles. (No pun intended)

This product temporarily tightens skin. Initially it looks better. It feels weird because the skin is tight. After a few hours the tightness makes the skin look weird. Smiling and speaking pull on the skin and give it weird stretch lines. The worst part is that the next day, my eyes look worse than before I used it yesterday. Apparently the tightening caused stretching and damage to the skin and now my eyes are puffier and the bags are worse. I don't think anyone should use this product. I'm not sure how long it will take my skin to recover from a few hours of damage using this product.

It’s like putting jello on your face. When it dries it becomes tight on your skin & then comes off in grey flakes. Maybe you get 30 minutes before it dries & starts flaking off. Total scam & waste of money.

I have used both Plexaderm and Westmore Beauty - 60 Second Eye Effects and hands down the Westmore Beauty is much better. It is tinted to skin tone, no flaking, no white residue, and lasts all day or all night, taking years off. Both Plexaderm and Westmore Beauty 60 Eye Effects breaks down easily with water so you have to reapply if you tear up or get caught in rain.

Leaves an orange crust behind not shown in commercials!
The product stings, and once it dries it leaves an orange crusty film behind that cannot be covered with makeup. Yes the product will help shrink bags under the eyes, but it's interesting how their commercials NEVER show the crusty orange film that's left behind. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen for false and misleading advertising. Scammers!

I'm a new customer and use the Rapid Reduction Serum. It really does work. Under-eye bags are hereditary in my family and I have tried nearly everything over the years. I purchased the sample pack to try it out and couldn't believe how well it worked, and for me to spend this much money on a beauty product is saying something. I'm simple, barely wear makeup, and never spend big money on beauty products. It's a bit of an art and you do need to practice, so I recommend purchasing the sample pack first for this reason. I've read the complaints, but you have to follow the instructions carefully and then practice, practice, practice. It's like a light "cast" wherever you put it. You can feel the tightness so that takes some getting used to, and you absolutely cannot have any type of oily product under or over it. I use a water-based moisturizer, let that completely dry, and then put nothing else under my eyes except the Plexaderm. It's got a bit of color so that helps it blend if you use foundation on the rest of your face. I gently swipe once in one thin layer (some people dab it on but that doesn't work for me) then hands off. If you go back over it, you'll ruin it. If you use too much it will be noticeable. A little goes a long way. There IS a sweet spot which is why you have to practice. Do NOT smile or move your face until it's fully dry (I use a hairdryer which makes it dry quickly). If you mess up, gently wipe it off with the corner of a warm washcloth then re-apply once it dries. There have been times I've done this 2-3 times. If done well, it can last all day. I carry my tube in my purse just in case.

The product doesn’t do what it claims. I don’t have bags under my eyes but it won’t even help small facial lines around eyes and mouth. I’m unable to get a refund so it’s just an expensive piece of trash.

The products does tighten the skin under my eyes, but it also seems to burning darken my skin. I also use the product on my crows feet, but it does not tighten. Skin remains the same. Once I speak, smile or apply makeup the product my face is as if I never applied pleaderm. Same for my husband. I am a 72 year old black women.

The customer service is always great, helpful. The product, for me works in ways a little less typical, for general tightening of cheeks, (I'm sure will adapt with time) in areas of lost volume, and used with hyaluronic acid moisturizers works well and last for hours. They corrected a missed B-Day sale discount~! (Who does that!) Orders always arrive intl ok.

I ordered the test product and it worked. Shrunk my eyebags. Then I ordered the tube which cost a lot more and it doesn't work at all. Seems like they put something in their test sizes but not the actual tubes......SCAMERS

I would give zero if I could. I have severe bags under my eyes and I applied twice following the directions and it did NOTHING. Do not waste your money on this product.
