I referred a client. Shawn emailed fhe client and made an initial contact, unsure if she called. Client called Shawn multiple times to start working on their debt but they couldn’t get hold of her. I emailed her, but responded a day after. Called her several times, left a message but there’s no reply. Do we have any other person we can talk to? Client is frustrated.
