Unprofessional customer service…
Unprofessional customer service experience. I was treated very poorly and the representative continued to speak over me. I was treated like a child, and when I tried to inform the rep the information given was not what i was seeing she continued to talk over me. I was hung up on, after requesting to speak with another agent as well. First experience ever and truly was a discouragement as an agent to experience this. Rep seemed to be having a bad day and her tone the entire call never seemed happy to help. Roberta Settle was the name of this rep and I hope she will receive training on how to speak with people over the phone because that was unexceptable.
