So they cancelled part of my order that was backordered. Fair prices, but if you wish to change or cancel an order forget about it. Their CS is the worst, unhelpful and takes days to respond. Compared to the competition their website is a jumbled mess. Do business with them if you want to - I won't be back
These guys are the kings of trash.Such a trash site hard to find on the internet.This store doesn't need your money,this store doesn't care about reputation.They can cancel an order at any time.80% of the products on their site is missing.They do not respond to your letters.Pay only through PayPal,otherwise you will never see your money.Absolutely not recommended.This is an absolute garbage and scam
They have terrible shipping, I ordered several figures from them and they kept pushing back the shipping date. I ordered way back in September and by the time November came around there was still no word on when my figures would be shipped. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because I was able to cancel my order with little difficulty from customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a figure that was on backorder and i had to find out myself that the figure was "discontinued" by DD and they never intended on telling anyone who ordered the figure about it. I also pre-ordered another figure from them and they suddenly canceled my pre-order without any reason and without contacting me
I preordered books that were supposed to arrive in early January. I called when they did not arrive, and they told me they might be late and to expect them in 3-5 days. A month later I called to follow up and see what happened, and they told me they never got them in the warehouse so the order was cancelled. I asked them why they did not tell me it was cancelled, and they just kept saying, "we did not get them in the warehouse. I told them that was the crappiest customer service experience I have ever had. They did not care. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they did not have one available.
i bought from them three times, first two times i got my item, but the shipping was slow for the first item. then they cancelled my preorder for my third order.
Do not buy from them no matter how cheap their products seem. They don't care about their customers. Just buy it from Amazon and save yourself the trouble.
I had the most terrible experience of my life. Do not buy from them they are thieves. On November 29th I ordered 45 dollars from them of funko pops. I saved all that money from gifts from my birthday (I am a minor so I don’t work) I was really excited because they had the better prices than anyone.... that was my error... On January 16th I checked to see if my order was still not shipped, and it wasn’t, I just had the order confirmation. And so I finally decided to cancel the order since it was taking so long. On January 17th I sent them an email cancellation. They sent my a confirmation email about it saying that they will refund everything BUT then they sent another email the next day saying that they could refund everything, THEY TOOK 5 DOLLARS OFF OF EACH ITEM so would be 15 dollars off.... they Are a fraud....But I’m still not done with this. Today January 19th I received a message from my PayPal that I received a refund of 14 dollars out of 45 dollars. LIKE WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF 36 DOLLARS? I’m so mad right because I saved that money for them to take it like that? They are frauds, thieves, don’t buy from them!!!!
Pre-ordered over $500 worth of items, only ever got 2, this company is a fraud. Avoid at all costs. They should not be allowed to do business.
They advertised an item as for sale for a specific price. I got an email a day later stating that it was an “error in the price” and they refunded my money. That’s consumer fraud and false advertising. Their customer service responded by basically saying deal with it. I would never do business with them.

SO I WAS NEGATIVE! , AND THEN I GET AN EMAIL, SAYING THAT, THE ITEM I BOUGHT,WAS SUUUDENLY, OUT OF STOCK! SUUUUUURE IT IS,AH HUH, YA RIGHT I BELIEVE THAT NOT!!! AND THEN I CONTINUE TO READ,IT SAYS THE OTHER ONE WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF A PRICING ERROR?????? SO IM GETTING NOTHING BUT POSSIBLY A $35 DOLLAR OVERDRAFT FEE!!! Purchased a Hammer movie blu ray collection from this company for 14.24 the other day. Amazon had the same set for 25.00. I paid for it and the whole day goes by. They email in the middle of the night and cancel my order because it was a "pricing error". I go check Amazon and their price went up to 80.00. So I completely missed out on the item because of this. If you find a good deal on their site, it really is too good to be true and they won't honor the price like how ANY other company would have done. Steer clear, they have bad business practices. I simply will never check for anything there ever again. My 2 cents. Thanks for reading.
They cancelled my order after 2 days but didn't even refund me all my money back. It's not enough money to file a fraud report, but not getting back every penny after they cancelled on ME is really really frustrating...
Second time I've preordered something that never ships, and then they tell me that the item is backordered (this is after taking about a week to answer to an email) avoid this poorly run business.
I ordered a movie and it says it was delivered to my mailbox when I checked my mail that day there was no movie trying to get a replacement or a refund and still haven't heard from anybody from the company. I would not recommend this company to anybody to order movies.
I placed an order with Deep Discount on December 28 for 3 items. On December 29, I received an email from them saying my item was shipped. Today is January 6, 2021 and still no merchandise. When I got the email saying they had shipped my items along with a tracking number for the USPS. When I went on that site, I found that they had only requested a shipping label. The site said it had not been delivered to the post office. Today I called Customer Service and spoke to a hateful woman that told me I couldn't call until it had been 10 days. I told her I did not see that in writing anywhere and would like to know if my items had, indeed, been shipped as they told me they were. I might add that I ordered a similar item from Amazon the same day and it was delivered on December 30. If I do not have my items by tomorrow, I am going to contact my credit card company and file fraudulent claim.
I placed an order on 12/29 for items listed in stock and as of 1/6 the tracking still shows "Pre-shipment". If items are not in stock or backordered, then they should let me know so I can cancel. I didn't receive a reply from my email inquiry. I called them and didn't get a satisfactory answer. I have ordered from them in past and received items in about a week.
Avoid DeepDiscount.com. Order placed on 12/16 for two "in stock" items (DVD and a CD). Website promised "expedited" shipping for orders above $25. Next day received notice that my order was "shipped." A few days later when I checked the USPS tracking no., the item was still listed as "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item." I sent an email to their customer service for an update on the status. No reply for several days; finally got a stock response blaming the USPS for shipping delays. The items were actually "shipped" on 12/26 (ten days after I placed the order). As of Jan. 2, I still haven't received them. It appears that they used media mail after promising "expedited" shipping. My bet is that DeepDiscount is merely a "drop shipping" website that actually has no stock whatsoever. Once an order is placed, they then order it from a wholesaler, hence the lengthy delay is shipping. I usually check reviews before ordering from an unknown website, but didn't this time. My bad. But that in no way excuses their poor service. Avoid.
Horrible Service. Would probably keep your money if you don't call support. See my timeline below with them. I requested to cancel cause they took a month to ship out. 11-12-20 - Order Date from DeepDiscount 12-18-20 - Reach out to DeepDiscount support as it never shipped out and asked to cancel/refund order. 12-19-20 - Received a shipping email from them saying item is shipped out. 12-20-20 - DeepDiscount support it is too late to cancel as it was shipped out "due to their quick order processing" 12-24-20 - USPS still waiting for item. per tracking number.. 12-28-20 - USPS finally received the package, now i'm still waiting for it."
Dec 9 th order tracking in progress after 16 th tracking turned off delayed shipping you can come back for a refund so today Dec 22nd refunded by Amazon deepdiscount phone number and or ca@ deepdiscount a waste of time Get refunded people I did
