He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right strap without ever making me feel rushed. He answered all my questions with genuine enthusiasm, and it was clear that he truly cared about providing the best experience for his customers. I’d also like to thank the rest of the team who assisted me—they were all friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the entire visit a pleasure from start to finish. I had quite a few challenges finding just the right straps for my watches until I found the helpful staff at Delugs. I have painfull arthritis in my fingers and thumbs, so can no longer wear traditional leather straps. I chose a variety of lovely colors in their Delcro style so that I can now fasten the straps quickly and pull them off easily! The staff helped me select, return some, then reselect straps easily. As a retired 8th grade science teacher, I give the staff an A+ for excellent customer support!

Excellent quality straps, nice and easy site to navigate trough and the possibility to search for the watch you have and see how different straps would fit it is 10/10. Also incredible customer service, the AI customer service works great and my interaction with Carl was perfect, he reached out and helped me in 5 minutes. I’m extremely happy with my Delugs strap. The quality is excellent, and you can feel it immediately when you put it on. It’s soft, comfortable, and feels very well made, while the finish and overall appearance are even better in person. For me, it was absolutely worth the price. I wouldn’t call it expensive when you consider that it’s exactly what I was looking for. It looks elegant on my watch, feels great on the wrist, and has completely changed the way I enjoy wearing it. Sometimes you find a strap that simply feels right—and this is one of those straps. I’m really enjoying it and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Very good experience with Delugs. Strap came fast and in superb quality. We made a mistake with my wife and had to buy a replacement strap, Delugs kindly shipped a new one for us with an additional discount. Will definitely deal with them again in the future.
My two straps arrived today
My two straps arrived today, very quick service and I love the straps even better in hand than I thought they were when buying. I was a little confused about how to fit them as I had ordered an additional buckle also, but CS were very helpful and got me on track quickly.

I've bought four watch straps from this…
I've bought four watch straps from this company and I will be buying more. The first was a colibri chevre strap for my Kollokium that was absolutely a perfect color match for it, then a purple gator for my Lucky Harvey. After that I tried to order a custom integrated strap for the LH but after a little while (well within the window for updates) they let me know my request couldn't be fulfilled, and enthusiastically offered a refund. I wanted to still give them the business, so I instead asked if they could ship a couple off the shelf straps instead, which they did. And now I have a baby blue nubuck for my Longines and a lavender chevre for my Seiko, and I couldn't be happier. This company makes absolutely top quality leather straps, has excellent communication and customer service, and does business in a way that they should be proud of. I will be buying more straps from them. No question.

Really happy with my experience with Delugs. I ordered four straps — two of them worked perfectly and I kept them. The quality is excellent and they look great on the watches. The other two just didn’t quite work for me color-wise, so I returned them. The return process was very easy, and the refund was processed quickly. This Delugs Alcantara strap is exceptionally well made you can tell that the craftsmanship is on a high level. My experience shopping online was very direct and easy. I am from the Philippines and got the strap I ordered in two days, Superb turnover, I highly recommend.
Terrible customer service
I ordered 2 custom straps on June 9, both specified as 120/82mm. The straps arrived approximately two months later, but both were made incorrectly. The short sides measured 78mm rather than the 82mm I ordered. I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the measurements. They confirmed that the straps were the incorrect size and placed a replacement order for the short sides. It is now September 22, more than three months after my original order, and the replacement straps still have not shipped. I understand that custom straps take time to produce, and I was prepared for the original lead time. What’s been disappointing is having to wait through that time for an incorrectly made order and then wait again, with the replacements still not shipped months after the original purchase. The straps themselves are nice, but based on my experience, the quality-control issue and especially the handling of the correction have made this a very frustrating custom-order experience.
