Invalid invoicing - fixed
The purchased product product was ok. However the product invoice is invalid and even contacting the customer support I wasn't able to get a fixed invoice, which is essential for our accounting. UPDATE After additional requests to the customer service and a negative review here on Trust Pilot, the case has been seriously considered and escalated to the sales department, who eventually gave me all the information and the documentation needed to properly compile the "Autofattura" and send it to the Italian "Agenzia Delle Entrate" through electronic invoicing.

Quick but wrong
We receive the goods quickly (we paid 123 € for it) but 1 items ordered was not the good one they made an error and we are paying for it. I made I claim to receive the good item as it was really urgent for us. And I'm still waiting the deal with the claim... Too many processes and validations needed to solve a problem !

The order has not been delivered yet..... UPS won’t deliver because of an alleged address error… Amazon, DPD, DHL, GLS, Hermes – they can all deliver, but UPS is the only one claiming there’s an address error even though the address is correct… they’re using an old photo from Google Maps… that’s it

Not be afraid to order expensive spare parts
I was seriously afraided to order print head for our EFI H3 printer. It costs about nearly 3,000 EUR. Purchasing process was clear, correct and very fast. We received exactly ordered print head within 3 working days. We have no doubts for further purchases. Well done. Thank you.

Item was good. Didnt realise i would have to pay £56 import tax so probably could have got it in the uk

Thank you Kevin, glad the item was good! One clarification on the £56: this wasn't import tax — it was UK import VAT, and if you're VAT-registered it's fully reclaimable through your VAT return, so it's not a cost to you. We don't charge VAT at checkout on UK orders; had you bought the same item in the UK, you'd have paid the same 20% VAT upfront instead. Same amount either way, just collected at a different moment. If you'd like a hand reclaiming it, send us your import receipt and we'll gladly walk you through it.
i like the materials they sell.
i like the materials they sell. Service i can not tell about yet. Had last an maintenancestation bought wich was defect (pump) and i did not claim it (my fault). I ordered after it an original part (at Mutoh itself) that worked. All the things i have bought yet for my DTF printer and other printerparts (printheads) were delivered fast and work well. Best of it... price quality is fair ;) I'm loyal to my suppliers so dont try out that often new suppliers... but you have a new client :)

JFX 200-2513 Print Head Purchase & Installation
Anthony and Daniel were very helpful getting my print head installation done correctly. When I got in a jam with wiring, they got me schematics the next day so we could get things done right. Even followed up with me in the end to make sure the flat bed was working correctly. Great company to do business with!
