E085 – Head Overheat
I have received the printhead. Today it was installed by an authorized Mutoh service technician. Unfortunately, the printhead is not working and it causes the following error: E085 – Head Overheat

Faulty printhead
Faulty printhead. Technical help was worthless. Provided all. Gave info and photos as proof. Tech always had another reason it failed or "may" have failed. Finally gave me the excuse to"Roland" had voided the warranty. Ordered a second printhead with overnight shipping. Received a day late. When I asked customer service to look into getting my shipping charges reversed, I got "I'll look into it". Never got back to me. Got the second printhead into the printer and now one of the new dampers I purchased from them is failing. Making sure to spread the word. Learned a valuable and expensive lesson. The few dollars you save initially will cost you more in failures, downtime, and frustration.

The work under different names -SCAM
The work under different names. One of them is ruedutoner.fr. THIS IS A SCAM AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY CHARGE YOU HIDDEN FEES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! I ordered goods which where delivered to the wrong place due to their negilgence. Afterwards they blame the client?!? BE AWARE. Use another company is my best advice.
