If you are ever in a jam and you need a company to count on. This is the one. DigiPrint came to my rescue when I received a faulty print head. They handled the situation with kindness and was very professional. As soon as the tech made the determination they had a new print head on its way to me. Danny was a great help. He is a steller customer service representative. Thanks again.
I ordered a printhead and some other supplies. They sent me the wrong printhead. I went through the normal online process to have my ordered fixed. I sent them photos of the wrong printhead and the box it came in. They replied saying the will reach out to the warehouse and do an investigation. They have very poor response times and eventually stop responding at all. Update they called me and followed up took care of the return and sent the replacement over night. The Florida team was quick to help rectify all issues and continued to check in days after delivery.
It has now been more than 11 weeks since we ordered a part for our Roland Printer...... We were advised it was 'out of stock' and there would be a 25day lead time, we are still waiting.... Attempts to communicate have been difficult with only sporadic responses. Update: We have now had lots of communication and an explanation for the delay, which should have been communicated earlier. We have now received our part, it has fixed the issue we were having, happy with the product.

You're right, the part took far longer than the 25-day lead time we quoted, and we should have kept you informed throughout instead of leaving you to chase us. For context on the delay itself, we hold one of the largest Roland parts inventories in Europe, but yours was an unusual part that was also out of stock at Roland Europe, so it had to be produced and shipped from the factory in Japan and that unfortunately takes weeks, longer than the initial estimate we were given. What that never should have meant is silence at our end. Your feedback has been shared with the team so proactive updates on backordered parts are the rule without exception. We're glad the part fixed your Roland and that you're happy with the product. We'll aim to earn back the missing stars on your next order.

Delivered December 2025 returned January 2026 Middle of February still have not refunded me, Be very careful what you buy from this mob they hate returns and will mess you about all year I bought a ROLAND SERVO BOARD from them, It arrived 2 x weeks too late and i asked to return it and they didnt want to accept a return stating "we dont usually do returns! After a week i sent them the unopened box back via UPS, 1 x week later ad they say they dont have it, So i sent them proof it was delivered, 1 x Month later they are suggesting now i installed the board to get out of refunding me yet the originally box hadnt even been opened! Now after a full month of emails back and forth I'm having to contact my bank to do a chargeback on them!
