Do not use
First of all DinoDirect never had the item in stock, they asked me to wait for the item to come in stock. 3 weeks later I chased them up for them to then tell me they would have to charge me more for the transaction for me to get the phone. Over a month later they then told me that if i wanted a refund there would be a transaction charge unless I had my refund sent to my Dino wallet to use in store. I'm just thankful I used PayPal. Awful company

My Credit Card vendor blocked the transaction as possible fraud. After verifying the transaction with the bank, I called this company and alerted them. Instead of telling to reorder the part with a different card causing further delays for me, they went the extra distance and reprocessed the card manually to make sure my order went out in time for Next Day

DinoDirect are highly untrustworthy, lie repeatedly about shipping your order and charge you for express shipping and then tell you it is unavailable and use an alternate shipping method. They then issue you a tracking number (after hounding them for weeks) and it ends up being for a random customer in another country. I am from Australia and mine was for a random person in New York and it weighed half the weight of the actual product but they still kept telling me to wait patiently and it was the right order!!!. When questioned further they don't respond. I rang the carrier and they advised that tracking numbers are issued on the day of pickup or when the label is printed!!! Dino Direct said it takes at least 7 days!!! Crooks. Oh yeah I still haven't received my order and I commented on their Facebook. They've come back and given me a completely different tracking number with an entirely different carrier than the original one! (Likely just to appear as though it is being taken care of to other viewers, given the social exposure)..Apparently I won't be able to view the status of the shipping for another 2 days (conveniently they're trying to buy yet more time). I find it absolutely astounding that I was contacted by them today via email and assured (when questioned) that the tracking number was the right one (when clearly it wasn't) yet they come back on social media with a completely different one??!! So I received response as below! The tracking number is still 3 days later sitting at the same location as 'pre-advised' in China! I paid for express shipping. As far as I am concerned , they may have 'created' this tracking number to stall the delivery. I have escalated with Paypal and will be demanding my money back. This is an absolute joke!!!

i BOUGHT 3 IN CAR CAMERAS, after taking weeks to get here, and this is importatnt, it was clear that they wouldnt hold a charge. Becuase it tokk so long to get here then they were out of date for a paypal refund...mistake 1 .Then I had so VIDEO them not working before they would take them back, they then said they didnt get them , which was hard to prove in China.Only after I sent up a blog to disgrace them did I get my money back ...AVOID at ANY price!

Good website for purchasing flashlights
I buy some flashlights on this website. I really like this flash light. I bought a more expensive brand and was completely dissatisfied. These flashlights are far brighter and built just as well if not better. I have two of these and they came in handy when I had a power outage. They are very bright. I also like the fact that I can use rechargeable batteries. Get it.

I actually gave these people a second chance! Yes, I'm an idiot. The first time they sent me a very expensive flashlight (that took weeks to be delivered) that worked for about 3 minutes then died. It took me weeks just to get someone to respond to my complaint and then they would only replace the light, not issue a refund. The replacement arrived and was actually the exact same model number but it was a much less powerful light than what I paid for. After that it was impossible to get another response from them. My wife ordered a gift for me from Dino Direct about 8 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them, sent messages through their website and tried calling their number that they never answer or respond to messages from. Dino Direct is nothing but an exercise in frustration and if you just look around the net on Amazon even) you can usually find the same item for less and actually get it delivered. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM DINO DIRECT!!! You have been warned.

my sister ordered a dress got confirmation still waiting for it ordered two more bridesmaid dresses paid for them no confirmation they havnt hot a email for these two dresses but have my sisters money can't contact them have emailed numerous times not replying seriously don't recommend this is straight robbery it's disgusting how do they get away with this!😡

I ordered a telephone on 6 June and over a month later it still hasn't arrived. I think there is some fraud here because seller has said that telephone was posted on 25 June (three weeks after I ordered it) and Dino Direct asks me to wait another five weeks. This would mean that I would lose PayPal protection and could not get my money back. I would like a refund. Finally the only solution was to initiate a PayPal claim. If you want to lose your money, use this company!
