Scam company/ Do NOT use
Ordered a toolbox over a year ago, it never arrived. Could never get through to customer service by e-mail or phone. Waited too long to cancel on my credit card. This morning, I was alerted by my bank that they were fraudulently trying to charge my credit card. Do NOT use this company it is a scam.

Alerted by my bank - DinoDirect tried to withdraw $286.95 from my credit card. Never used this company or website before, no response from the Chinese company.

Very similar experience to others on this site. Ordered a webcam early December 2016. Over the next 4 months I regularly followed up a status and got the 'in high demand, please wait a few more days' Eventually I asked for my money back. Was offered Dino dollars but refused asking for my money back. Got an email saying I should receive it within 20 working days. I followed up a couple more times and was told they had refunded it but nothing in my bank. Now they won't answer my emails or online cases. Spoke with my bank who said because it was over 90 days ago I had lost my statutory rights to claim the money back through them. :( DO NOT USE DINO DIRECT.

I purchased a dash cam from DinoDirect online on the 10th December 2016 USD$43.98 and they failed to send it. I gave it two months as the shipping from China can take two months. The beginning of March I opened up a case on their website and on 2nd March 2017 I they emailed the following. "Thanks for contacting us, The product you ordered is in high demand and we are also waiting for the supplier to send stock to us. Will you pls kindly wait a few more days? Appreciate your understanding." . On April 4th 2017 I managed to get through to them on online chat (They no longer answer chat). I was told that the refund would take around 10-20 business days. In the last two weeks I have sent messages to their online case system and emailed them and have not received a reply.

I bought a flashlight and other stuff, total U$110.50, they have my money since February 6th 2017, today April 24th the answer is they don't have stock. So I request a refund 1 month ago, but they don't give me my money back. This is the first time in my life that a big company stole my money without even say a good explanation. Poor costumer service, bad comunication. I already opened a case with my bank.

When I placed my order, they charged it to my Paypal account within 24 hours of placing the order. After waiting for 40 days, I followed up with them to see why my item hadn't shipped. They kept asking me to wait a few more days. After waiting for an additional 6 days, I demanded my money back and to cancel the order. They said all they can do in the short term was to credit my account with "dino dollars". I had no intentions of ever using that site again. I said I wanted a full refund back to Paypal. The person "helping" me said she couldn't do that. It would take a minimum of 10 business days for a full refund. After reading reviews from other people who agreed to that option and never got their money, I decided to dispute the charge with Paypal. I got an email 2 days later from Dinodirect that they wouldn't fight the charge back. They also didn't consent to the dispute either. So I had to wait a full 10 days for Paypal to resolve the matter. I got my money back, but it took a long time. Dino direct is quick to charge you, but they'll fight you every step of the way to get your money back.

Purchases a flashlight. Never received a confirmation email. Contacted Dinodirect. No response. I then saw the reviews for this company and I immediately filed a dispute with paypal. Dinodirect insisted it was shipped. I insisted I never got a confirmation # and I want a refund. They sent me a bogus tracking. I kept insisting for a refund since I still never received a confirmation #. Seemed like they just wanted to stall. So I escalated with payapl. Today I received a bogus package which was a Korean toothpaste. I have never or would I ever order a Korean toothpaste. This company is slime and scammers. I'm still waiting for paypals decision. DO NOT BUY FROM DINODIRECT!!!!

DinoDirect.com Scam/Cheat customer! Case No# 2. Please read case no#1 too. At that time, i am not sure that If i sent out them, is there a chance for DinoDirect not return me the tablet? Moreover, I cannot sent the tablet out due to the Battery in it. (International Problem at at that time from SAMSUNG Battery). 1. Then Both of us negotiation to but the new one with big discount. Total time waste me now 30 days more. 2. i Paid them for the second change of DINODIRECT. Because i thought that they are no intend to cheat customer. 6 weeks later i got the new one tablet. But They send me the Low COST MOdel which is cheaper than $USD90. 3. What they accept is DINODIRECT False is ... "...We got your email that we sent you the wrong item.We checked this with our shipping department that we do sent you the wrong item. There are 2 different types of this item in our wearhouse and we sent you the wrong one. But as you can see , the item is still in good quality and good condition.Will you keep the item and we would like to refund you USD$10 as the compensation, is that ok?" 4. The price different is $USD90 but Dinodirect offset me only $USD10. they send me email many time but said the exactly same word. IT'S a robot. The most important Dinodirect say the same thing WITHOUT read your reply email.! 5. After that the DISPUTE system of the DinoDirect.com Disappear, Move to ZOne Problem SOLVED. Approximately 60 days Waste me. I Try to open dispute system many times. They open for a while, then Disappear form DISPUTE zone , MOve to SOLVED Problem. 6. Until now DinoDirect Does not reply or act nothing even about $USD10 which refunded to me. Until now There is no responsibility of DinoDirect.com (LUO LIJUN). It is more than 365 days ordering the tablet from DinoDirect which NOT RESPONSED NOTHING for customers. Total cost waste for me $usd420. SCAM AND DO NO USE
I bought some clothes from this website (dinodirect.com), about usd100, and few days after they sent me email that few items are out of stock, recommended me to choose other similar items. As I don't like the recommended items, so I asked to send the rest of items for me first and credit the money to me. They sent me the tracking number a day after, but they didn't credit to me. Two months after I still didn't receive anything from them. So I sent them email and they replied that the parcel has been return due to no one signed. I requested to resend to me, they said i need to pay extra usd10 for shipment. I replied them email that they can use the money they didn't credit back to me. Afterwards, I didn't get any more responses from dino direct. I logged an complaint and sent them a lot of emails and tried to contact them thru online chat, nothing from them at all. I think all that 5 start rating are all from themselves. They are scam, they took people money.

Seriously ? This is the worst site I bought from, I placed an order and after 10 days no shipment, when sent inquiry about that they replied ( out of stock ) so I asked for refund by many emails and no response, the customer service are liars. So don't buy from this site .
