Tried twice to buy something from them. Never arrived after a year for the first it's now 6months on the second. Only REALLY cheap products, but just despicable, almost contemptuous customer service, they just add to the untrustworthy deceptive dishonest reputation that Chinese online shopping has these days! Save your money and don't be tempted!!
I bought a small waterproof digital camera from these people for my sons holidays The thing would not charge and after a week of emails their response was to get me to send them a video of it not charging! Then after that they asked me to take this new item to a repair shop of my choosing and if it didn't cost too much they would pay for the repair. I refused and the case is still ongoing I would never use them again and strongly recommend that no one does it would appear that i am now not worth talking to so i am stuck with a useless camera and £50 out of pocket !!!
I bought a mobile phone from them and numerous issues. 1) It took them 3 weeks to post, I tried to cancel after 2 and they wouldnt let me. They kept saying "sorry we will post soon, if you want to cancel please get back to us", then you reply "please cancel", you get a reply "very sorry you are having problems, please wait a while longer, if you want to cancel email back", "yes please cancel" I say and it goes on and on. Its a delay tactic. If they were a restaurant, the person would say "and then?" "and then" "and then" like the movie. 2) The mobile phone arrived and was not of the spec advertised ,much lower spec too, in fact really poor. 3) The mobile phone was faulty and wouldnt charge.It took green pictures. 4) They kept trying to wriggle out of refund after posting item back to Honk Kong. 5) They did not refund the return postage which the 99c insurance was for. I have to go through Paypal to get refund, if it wasnt for that I would not have had a penny back. They prey on international customers buying poor quality/faulty products in hope they will not be returned and will make it as difficult as possible.
TopBuy fall down when it comes to providing a suitable refund service.Never received part of my order , kept getting told it was on its way . It has been over a month , was offer a refund by one but was told it would be send in the next ten days , I believed them , very silly of me . I will never shop there again and advise as many as I can.

I purchased a headlight from this company. The light itself is good and bright but the batteries are poor. I have a smart charger which shows the battery capacity is only half the capacity claimed by the user manual. This is probably information other customers wouldn't have access to so I felt it was important to leave a review. I submitted a review outlining my good experiences with the light and bad experiences with the batteries. The review was never published. Compared to say, Amazon, I've noticed very few bad product reviews left by customers on Dinodirect and this particular product never gets less than 4 stars in reviews. Suspicious.

The prices and free shipping policy are two good things to look forward to on this site. I ordered some clothes from the site before, and the products are generally fine with only one T-shirt being extremely see-through. The return policy looks complicated so I did not return it; didn't like troubles. However I believe you should not buy electronic products from them. Cheap electronic products are always risky as they are not that easy to make like clothes and accessories, and you don't get warranty from online shops. But if you are planning to buy clothes from them, then that's fine. As long as you look at the photos carefully enough and, remember, predict what would the shirt/dress look like in real-life. Because I know how Asian people love gorgeous things that's why the sellers usually take nice photos of the clothes and make it look much cooler in the pictures than in real-life. The product quality may not have much problem, but it may just LOOK not that glamourous in real-life. Some of my friends order clothes from the sites too, and I find out that shorts and coats on Dinodirect are usually better quality than tops and dresses. That's just my own little discovery.

The price of the product I was after was the cheapest of the online sites. However after buying it I read some bad reviews of the site so I was starting to get worried. First off I didn't register on the site, instead just brought straight from paypal. Big mistake as it means you can't see your order. I had to get in contact with them to find out what was going on with my account and my order. Luckily I eventually got hold of them through live chat and they sorted that out. One of the live chat people didn't answer one of my questions, the others I dealt with were good. Shipping took around a month, was quicker than dealextreme as I ordered something from them earlier but the product from dinodirect came quicker. Still much longer than budgetgadget and buyincoins both of whom promptly get your order sorted. Product itself didn't work properly, not so much the site's fault and you get what you pay. Alright site but I've seen better.

My package arrived today here in Denmark 5 days after the purchase and so far the package seems just as expected. This is definitely not the last time I'll purchase something at dinodirect, in fact i'm inclined to buy from dinodirect rather than dealextreme, which has been my main supplier of gadgets, because of the faster delivery and even cheaper gadgets. Two month ago I ordered one order with two items. I received only one (cheaper) item, without any next informations from buyer. Buyer was not going to refund me credit for missing item before I escalated dispute via PayPal. If you want to register as iDinor VIP meber, please, do not do it. DinoDirect has 50% off until April, and customer support is very poor. Is imposible to refund fee for iDinor membership and iDinor membership conditions are changed very often.
I ordered an electronic device from this company and paid extra shipping for 3-7 day express delivery. It is over 12 days since my order and they item has not yet appeared in the Tracking System. Received email today that stated item will be received in about 10 days. I paid for UPS but they are shipping USPS. I paid for insurance and express shipping. Still not certain if I will receive the item.
