NEVER USE THIS SERVICE
NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! I tried to have an appointment with a Dermatologist; I scheduled the appointment for the next day. The app said I would get a text message with a link within 30 minutes of my appointment. I waited over an hour, and no text or link. I called them, and a person told me they would send me a link. I received the link. However, it was not for a Dermatologist! That doctor could not help me.
Conclusion. I got an email the day after saying my problem was solved and my ticket was cancelled.
This is outrageous! They wasted my time in a sensitive health-related situation.
Again, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

It actually felt like I was talking to…excellent experience
It actually felt like I was talking to a doctor. They asked all the questions I would expect to hear and instead of advising me to rush to an ER, it gave me good practical solutions to try now before escalating it to a doctor visit. It also offered for me to conduct an immediate consultation or to schedule a time for an virtual appointment with a licensed doctor which I am extremely grateful for and fully intend to use this option if my condition doesn't improve as well as for future needs. Nothing is worse than waiting in a doctor's office for hours just to spend a fortune for two minutes with an actual physician.
Thank you for your free recommendations and for not just giving me the canned response of getting immediate medical attention.

I much needed to be able to talk to someone tell them what I'm going through and everything else because the doctor that I have now pain management is not really listening to me and or telling me when we do the MRIs and we're doing the CT scans and everything else he's not telling me what's going on or what he sees or anything else and I needed someone to hear me and to be understand what I'm going through because really my aunt that I live with tells me that the medicine is not really doing anything cuz I'm up for three or four days and can't sleep and everything else because I'm hurting so bad I'm bad or I don't eat for 3 or 4 days because I just don't have the energy and everything else and I just feel like I'm not getting the correct attention for the medical needs and everything else and so that's why I'm also seeking out another pain management doctor and possible surgeon if they need and everything else and now this made me feel a lot better it really did to know that someone was listening to me and knowing the whole situation and pretty much gave my whole life and medical history pretty much and they were just great and they were awesome and it made me feel a lot better it really did and I appreciate this and I'm so glad that they have this and I appreciate y'all yeah I have a blessed rest of your week and I thank you so very much you made this lady feel a lot better I really did I have a birthday July 19th and I'm praying that I don't end up in the hospital but I thank you all and God bless you
