Had an order from Dominos on 14th and…

Had an order from Dominos on 14th and Burnham in Milwaukee,Wisc. It was totally the wrong order.I called right away but phone kept ringing. Our friend put us through to the manager Falon. She was very nice said refund or replace the whole order. We decided to get the order replaced another day. She told us to just call and if she wasn't there explain to the manager on duty and we would get the replacement. So today we tried to call. Phone there rang 65 times. Called our friend who's a driver he tried to tell Tess the manager. She ignored him said call when Falon was there. So I called back the driver answered. Tried to give manager the phone she litterly walked away and said she wasn't talking to us. She needs to be fired!!!! She was rude and very unprofessional.Looking bad for the company. And even worse if we call the news media.

Most disgusting pizza's

Most disgusting pizza's. Mine again came with almost no cheese on it floating in tomato sauce and the dough was way under cooked. I watched the progress online and the whole pizza was done in 5 minutes including cooking time. That's why the dough was raw. They have no customer service. Going some where else. Garbage.

I always order from here. I can’t complain about much about this place. Food is always hot and ready! The people inside are always so helpful and generous. They always make sure I’m getting the right order and the deals. They work so hard every time I’m coming in. I’m glad to be a customer here.

So everybody else's Pizza is fantastic…but the Gluten free

So everybody else's Pizza is fantastic looking....however I am gluten free and dairy free. So I get there gluten-free crust and I leave off the cheese my pizza looks like slightly burnt but also under done soggy cardboard it only comes in a size small and this time they cut it extra small pieces like you would feed a toddler. It looks unappealing and only tastes a step up from how it looks. I just wanted to join my family in a meal and now I feel like I've wasted money. There are other pizza shops that have good gluten-free pizza that has thick fluffy dough and dairy-free cheese options unfortunately they're all 45 minutes away from where we live, I wish Domino's would step it up and make it worth it.

Local franchise people are great but…

Local franchise people are great but corporate sucks. The most recent order I went to pick up had a second pizza that I didn’t order tacked on. I carried it away so as not to interrupt a busy time for the local guys, tipped as always. It got trashed. I won’t go back, this is not the first time I’ve felt scammed by online ordering. I’m looking forward to feeling better from losing ultra processed junk food.

Disgusting looking pie

Avoid the Domino’s at 5400 River Station Blvd Ste 112, Atlanta, GA 30349. Absolutely unacceptable. Our flight was delayed for hours and eventually canceled, so after spending five miserable hours at the airport, we finally got to our hotel and ordered Domino’s because it was one of the few places still open. We were told it would take about an hour. Instead, we waited over two hours. To make matters worse, they called to tell us they had run out of pepperoni, so we settled for a cheese pizza just so we could finally eat something. What showed up looked nothing like a pizza that should ever leave a kitchen. It was completely overcooked, burnt all over, dry, and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. After an exhausting day of flight delays, a canceled flight, paying for an unexpected hotel, and just wanting a decent meal, this was the last thing we expected. Two hours late, wrong order, and a pizza that looked like it belonged in the trash instead of a delivery box. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else. This location should be embarrassed to send food out looking like this.

Ordered 1 pizza online. For some reason the order would not go through. Instead I was charged $95.oo dollars for 6 pizzas that I never received. Now I have to start a fraud case against dominos to get my money back. Pathetic. I am 69 years old. Shame on you Dominos.

Anyone ordering Dominos lately

Anyone ordering Dominos lately, watch your bank. They charged me twice and tried to tell me my card didn't go through. My bank declares this false. They charged me twice and wouldn't refund the money so I had to dispute it with my bank. This is their punk ass reply. Dude didn't even look at the proper date or time provided. No more Dominos for me. Nothing but thieves.

They advertised two toppings for 6.99. I added a third topping and the price was 17.00 and that was a small pizza, thin crust, smelled burnt and though it was fairly good it was the worse pizza I have ever eaten.

Domino’s Pizza missed the mark

Received the pizza about 15 to 8 minutes late. Thanked the driver , he didn’t say a word. Pizza really wasn’t hot. Warm at best. The wife’s comment was she had better. I would say it was ok.

Got a crappy, cold, late pizza. Didn't complain but received an email that said they knew it sucked and offered a free 2-topping pizza offer, good for a week. Tried to order the free pizza and told must pay for $18 minimal order to get the free pizza. What shitty deal after getting a shitty pizza to begin with.

Damaged food and poor service

At 8:30pm, I ordered a pizza and 18 wings. The original delivery time on the tracker said 9:30pm. They kept pushing the time back on the tracker. Finally at 9:55pm, my son went to check to see if the food was delivered. It was there, but the tracker said it was still at the store. When he got the food, cats were all around it. And then in the boxes there were ants everywhere. I made MULTIPLE attempts to contct th store. No one answered the phone. I tried several phone numbers that all sent me to a bot to respond to. The website only wanted to offer a free pizza. I spent $50.50 and I want my money back. We can't even eat the food. We can't get anybody to answer the phone.

Bored of dominoes extortion and price anchoring

Was gonna orders dominoes then I saw and remembered the intentional extortionate pricing and price anchoring: using “discounts” to sell for is it’s actual normal price, which is less than half its b*llsh*t regular price without any deal. Then I had the great idea of ordering from a small local takeaway that’ll feed 3x the people, for less money, without any bullshit floundering involved. Thank you for the idea dominoes. I suggest everybody to stop ordering it before they price gouge or give awful corporate sh*thead ideas to every other takeaway too

i ordered today and it came late. the guy left it right out on the staircase. it was raining he should have ring the bell. i left a tip. very terrible service. he left the food like it's some kind of dog i never expected this to be so bad. how can some delivery guy just leave the food on the staircase and on top it was raining. food was soaked. very terrible service. order #405

Bought a pizza at North Smithfield…

Bought a pizza at North Smithfield Dominos. It was. VERY overcooked, very thin and. Pizza slices cut terribly. Some way to small others way to big. Will think twice before spending money on another pizza from Dominos.
