I like Dragon TT.
The new display I got for my Mi 10T Pro is definitely not original. (They did not claim it was.)
It is much better! It is really the best looking LCD I have ever seen. The colours are amazing and do not look a bit washed out as the original.
Also it doesn't suffer as much from screen bleeding around the camera and at the edges. I didn't spot any.
The brightness, contrast rates (from the naked eye) and especially the viewing angles are excellent (almost infinite).
The touchscreen feels as accurate as the original.
I hope the glass is indeed Gorilla Glass 5.
The delivery was quite fast, I think it was about a week but I don't know for sure.
I do think the website could look a lot better and has some bugs and the English is very broken and seems auto-translated.
But the value for money and in terms of what is promised and what is delivered I am very happy.
Company's first strategy is to blame customers. Tried to ask for a cacellation three days after ordering and the customer service makes the return as unpleasant as possible. I ordered a wrong product and showed interest in buying the real product.
I am basically proposing solutions that are getting shut down instead of them having a return policy: can I cancel? no; can I just not collect it from post office? no, it gets destroyed; do you have return address? just sell it to someone else.
I asked from the postal service delivering my package and they say in case I don't do customs declaration, it gets sent back to seller. So they were just trying to secure the sale no matter what. If you order here, you're gambling: if you have no problems with order the experience is probably alright. After reading other reviews, this checks out: any issues are immidiately customer's fault. I would use at least Aliexpress or eBay for a bit of buyer's protection instead.
I just ordered today, so no review about the after-sale process.
A few hours after my original order I asked them If I could add some extra tools to my order, with the question if they could give me a pay-link to pay for the extra costs for the tools.
They surprised me by giving me the tool for free! Very pleased ofcourse. Amazing service
14/8/20 i received the product. The frame like original,very good quality of the blue colour. The lcd is like original, its 10 points of touch(most after market is 5 points). it works ok with fingerprint at miui 12( with my previous after market fingerprint stopped working when i updated at miui 12 and to other users i found at internet) and the fingerprint works right when device is idle( with previous after market screen i first push the power button to light the screen then i put finger at fingerprint). Four stars because the spare finger print sensor i bought together it was very different than the original and it didn't worked( 6 dollars no problem) because of the communication with the company after i paid and because my bank locked my card. the company don't have paypal. I advise you to buy, very good quality and when you pay use pre paid card. Use sales@ for pre sale and then use support@
I ordered a display for Xiaomi MI 9 SE from this store. After the order, I got no confirmation email and it was impossible to contact anyone (tried with several emails and skype). I didn't know the store and my money was already taken, so that scared me a little.
After another email (and a bad review) everything went fine. They told me the item will be shipped the next day and that's what they did. The delivery to Italy took 15 days, which is great for this period (I paid more for a fast one though).
What's best is that the display works great. Also, this display is very hard to find, expecially at that price: this store was the only one able to save me!
So apart from the bad start, I would surely recommend this seller.
I ordered some parts from this webpage on 14/1/2020 on today on 29/2/2020 I still have not recieved any product, two weeks ago I tried to contact the email listed on the webpage, I still have not recieved any answer and the WhatsApp number listed on webpage is not registered in the WhatsApp app.

I had very great expierience with Dragon-TT. I ordered a Mi 8 Screen and the corrisponding backcover. I live in Germany and I recieved the shipment after just 4-5 Days! Wow. Never had such a quick shipment from China. Very Impressive.
So today I replaced the Display, also did the Unit-Test before reassambling everything. All fine. Its just like the Original. Very bright, 10 Finger touch and fits perfectly to the backcover.
Just awesome expierence for me! Will always buy my spare parts here from now on. Thank you so much
Bought 9 items from dragon-tt. All screens, batteries, addons were - perfect & orginal. No problems at all. You should check description for "It is 100% original genuine." or "It is made in third factory" as there is possibility to buy original new, original refurbished (cheaper) and not original (cheapest). Honest seller.

They send a faulty screen, they think I am lying, I lose my money
This is a very simple but unfortunate set of events.
- I ordered a screen for a Xiaomi Mi 4c.
- They send a faulty product. The cable for the digitizer connector is torn apart, and the connector is not there.
- Some back & forth messages, sending photos, the Customer Service just do not caring. They even suggested that it was the customs or me who broke the product. Of course the package was sealed.
- Their only option to fix their mistake was: me sending the screen back so they could check "if it's ours". Really? I would pay 20€ (the screen was 34€) to send back something that they just sent to me, to check if it's theirs?!
- And of course, if they do a mistake again - why wouldn't they? they never admitted this mistake in the first place - it's me losing even more money.
To sum up: they send a faulty product, they don't believe me when I say the screen connector was broken, but they want me to trust them. Again.
Thanks for making me lose a lot of money, Dragon-TT. See you never again!

I have no reason to send you a screen without touch connector.
Your motive is simple: send a faulty product and then call your client a liar. Easiest 30€ ever. I just want my phone fixed and I was the one who payed in advance for something that is broken, so you are the only ones who benefit with this situation.
Many people know that the shipping cost to China is as low as 5usd.

Even we are not satisfied with something we bought in Europe ,we are required to send the items back to Europe also .

What is more ,as a company ,we have no need to send you the screen without digitizer connector . If we want to cheat you , it is easier to send you a paper and we can pay less shipping cost even . If we don't care the case ,I can just ignore your email and no need to ask you to send the screen back . Based on your logic , it is expensive to send back the package from Europe to China ,then we should give you refund directly just seeing the photo you sent to me ? The connector is not so easy to lose , only if it cut by someone . Who cut it ?
