The staff in general were upbeat friendly and very real. Our Customer Experience Guide, Taytum Peterson was extremely focused and direct in all our questions and concerns. My partner and I have been impressed with our experience throughout our buying adventure and are without reservations to pass this whole experience on to friends and family.

The prices are ridiculous for used cars. I applied online, immediately i got a call from a representative, he went over the terms, he said i was approved for $500 down and $408 a month on a tiny Chevy Spark (go cart, is what i call the little car) anyway, when i got to the dealership I was told that I had to put a $10k deposit on a vehicle that cost $13k...make it make since...for $10k, I would have gone to a real dealership for a vehicle. The location for this review is not on the location list below, but it was the Greystone Blvd location in Columbia, SC.

On 2-22-2025 My Daughter and I went to Drive Time with the hopes of doing Good and honest business. We were sold a 2017 Nissan Altima SV with 91, 000 miles for over $29,000- The car is only worth $8-10,000. My daughter had to replace the battery, change the fluids and fix the axels etc.. because Drive time didn't make sure the car was complete before making the sale. Purely bad business on Drive Time behalf. Now, that the car is more of a headache than an asset, a year later, No dealer ship will take the car as an trade-in because the car is too old and has over 100,000 miles etc...Drive time scammed us and have the nerve to say There's nothing they can do; after the scammed is made. I would not recommend my worse enemy to come to this place of business , for it is Bad Business and they are not honest. They pretend they are helping. Yet, over pricing is their Motto. False advertisement and lies. Big time regret...and super SAD

Ms. Summer made my experience very pleasant. She was very professional and courteous. We made buying experience as if she was buying the car for me. She assisted in things that where required and didn't rush me to do things making sure I was comfortable; explaining the process step by step. Very professional.

It truly was the best time I have ever had buying a car! There was no haggling over price or anything. Amanda Razzo was the best from start to finish. She went over all the options the car has, how to use them, syncing my phone to the car. She also setup the app to make my payments. Amanda was very friendly and absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable. If you are looking for reliable used car, go to Drive Time in Williamstown, NJ and ask for Amanda. We got our car in our price range and payment range. You can go on the website, browse what you're looking for, put it on hold, and then go see Amanda. It really was the easiest time I had with a car purchase.
My experience with drive time was excellent because the employees there are very nice and found me the car I was looking for and actually for a cheaper cost than I seen online. Everyone was excellent!!!!!

I really didn't think that I could buy a vehicle but was Pleasantly surprised when I found out that besides being approved I was also approved for "0" down which really helped make my decision to purchase a Drive time vehicle. Payments seemed to be high but when you add in the 5 year warranty you really can't beat it. I checked around and found that the warranty provided through drive time was actually cheaper than buying it out right on my own. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Lyric was very nice and is very knowledgeable about Drive time and the products they offer. The Shadeland Ave store in Indianapolis was clean and had a nice variety of vehicles to choose from. I would and will recommend Drive time to family and friends that happens to be in need of their next vehicle.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Had the car 2 day and there are 3 oil leaks in the engine. Everyone at DriveTime is passing the responsibility to somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone to go to DriveTime. This is my first time and last time. Only reason I gave 1 star is because there was on option for half star.

This company tells you you're approved, when you go online, put your information in and they say you're approved, however, once you get down there, look at a car, they run your credit.And then they tell you who's not approved.So which one is it
