My go to store for sporting goods. Stock on many things may be limited because they are an outlet for Optics Planet. Pay attention and know your product. You will be happy. All of my order was delivered this week in perfect condition.

Item description not accurate. Description for the knife says lightning fast opening, has a flipper lever. No where does it say that the same bar lock that keeps it open also keeps it closed. How does needing 2 hands to open a folding knife, mean lightning fast? SECOND issue: pocket clip was bent out over a quarter inch on arrival. Not gonna work like that! THIRD issue: was pretty disgusted with the whole ordeal so inquired about a return/refund. They only do STORE CREDIT for a, damaged on arrival, not accurately described item!

Cheap prices but most of my first order was defective or just poor quality product. And on the defective part they wouldn’t just refund. Had to get store credit. Going to find a way to use it and never use DVOR again.

The site is easy to navigate, fing items and checkout was easy and shipping was quick. HOWEVER, the two pairs of tactile pants I purchased in my size, are so tight they felt overly constrictive...almost like the wrapping for a sprained ankle. Thank goodness they were on sale and will now be given to Salvation Army.

I rate a 5. You have to pay attention. You can find a good deal if you do so. Otherwise you end up paying the same price as other places including their mother site Optics Planet or in some cases more when you include shipping. Sometimes you can find a Great deal even after shipping and tax. Just be aware and keep an eye on availability and how long until it ships if needed pronto.

Website is probably the easiest to navigate and find what I am looking for. I also like how each item has a detailed description and most of the time a great price. Fast shipping and what else is there. I always check here first and usually i find what I need.

Great prices and I like looking to find deals. Some things I've bought were shipped promptly. Other things the ship date kept getting extended, which made zero sense when OpticsPlant had it in stock. I ended up cancelling an order and paying a 15% higher cost through a competitor that got me my items within a five days.

Prices are good sometimes but wait times can be excessive. The last backpack I ordered had a wait time of 9 months even though it wasn't mentioned originally. I was told it was out of stock everywhere but I ordered it straight from 5.11 and had it in a couple days. I still haven't received it from DVOR. I've been waiting on a flashlight for 2 months now. If you need it in a hurry don't order from here.

I have been a DVOR customer for several years. I have been trying to return an order which is unopened. The reason for the return is my wife changed her mind on the item before it arrived, so as soon as we received it, I requested return authorization. I submitted the return request and the automated response said that I would hear back within 1-3 business days as the request was under review. That was three weeks ago. I have followed up three times with emails to their sales department about my return request and crickets. No response at all.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I ordered they sent me the wrong product. The product I ordered was chrome the one they sent was mate black. I took the time to send pictures that clearly show the issue. This stuff happens I get it. I gave them the opportunity to fix it. They wanted to waste more time send the product back. Ok I will waste more and money to send it back, only to be told they would give me store credit for there mistake. By the way this was and last order with them. Good luck to you if order from them.

E advised that Dvor will not accept ANY returns for a cash refund. In my opinion, this should be listed before you hit purchase
