Unreliable and no response to support requests
Stay away from this company, they will not respond to multiple cancellation requests ( just minutes after ordering) nor will they respond to any support request later on.

Ich habe nun schon zum 2. Mal beim Efox-Shop ein Smartphone bestellt und bin auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht worden. Günstige Preise, optionale Bezahl- und Versandmethoden. Auch der Kundenservice ist freundlich und immer bemüht auch die kleinsten Probleme aus der Welt zu schaffen. Ich habe mir nun das LeEco LETV LE MAX 2 bestellt, als Versandoption German Express gewählt. Hier dauert der Versand etwas länger, kostet aber auch keine Zollgebühren etc. Das Smartphone wird gut verpackt (Luftpolsterumschläge!) losgeschickt. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Rückgaberecht, bzw. Reparatur der Ware laut AGB's. Dies ist natürlich ein Manko/Risiko aber auch hier wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht! Wer also günstige Smartphones oder andere Multmediageräte kaufen möchte, dem kann ich Efox-Shop.com nur empfehlen! Got No working phone, bad service
Got verry fast my bv 6000, it was not working properly After shipping back, paid for that, shipping new one, a lot of misunderstanding communication, i need to pay again for shipping cost. After all that my phone work now, but it was so frustrating and long waiting, and i paid extra 30 euro die the shipping costs. Not so happy costumer

Aftersales NONEXISTENT!!!
A phone bought from efox-shop (Elephone S3) turns out to have CRAPPY FIRMWARE. As a result the apps that are the main reason to use a smartphone. (WhattsApp and several other apps) do not work!! Communication about this problem is virtually impossible. Both efox-shop.com and Elephone do not acknowledge the problem, and communication is a BIG PROBLEM, because of limited language skills and defect email-servers. I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!

The table is not completely understood.The product meets the description. After the purchase, I received multiple updates to it. Unfortunately,only few accessories can be bought .
