It is the same typical unpersonal approach like many Chinese stores but hey. They are fast! I received my Meizu Pro6 within a week and everything was okay. They also added a cool gift, so I'm definitely going to to business with Efox again.

I came from Germany and I experienced a perfect online shopping experience in efox-shop. The customer service staff was very patient, constantly solved my questions, delivered goods within the promised time, and I quickly received the goods.

This company should be closed in Europe untill they obey the rules

This company should be closed in Europe. No E-mails at al after placing an order. No order confirmed. No Payment confirmed. No order status. No shipping status. No tracking number. How is this possible? Contact is impossible only on a email address Which is G-mail and automatically returns errors, it can not be delivered. This website is not obeying the GDPR rules, and is not functioning like a decent web-shop should do. 1. inform customers after an order is successfully placed 2. If an account is created a confirmation and a welcome. 3. Inform the customer the payment is successful. 4. Frequent order status updates. 5. A message the order is shipped with a tracking number. This can all be automated and is not difficult to implement. Please test your site and resolve these problems. I dont know my order will arrive or i lost my money. And this is a lot to me. beyond the lag in my country Greece, everything else went great, the information on where you are packed, the price of the phone and the shipping cost. the service was quick and very good. I would reorder again if I was interested. but each organization can be better. thanks for the service, keep trying for the best !!!

I never got anything

1.They told me after one week that the item is out of stock while the items was and still is on sale on the website. 2. They told me that i have to wait seven working days for refund and after ten days they told that that i have to wait for the next month for financial reasons. 3. Its been almost one month , i lost so much time and i guess my money... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE... it is dangerous !

Versand innerhalb 48 Stunden Item still not sending from 17.05 ! Email fake adress, support-zero ! I open paypal disput and (surprise!) I have an answer ! And answer is - bla bla bla -we send phone to you tomorrow! NOT recomended !!!

Good communication & product

For me, everything went good. Good communication, excellent product. I don't like DHL Paket shipping though, but in my case everything worked out well. The product is new, and awesome.

They shipd me smartfone without sim…

They shipd me smartfone without sim card holder,and now they are not responding on my emails.

Horrible shop... DONT buy anything from there.

Bought 3 phones from that site. All of them where flimsy. In all of them screen broke whit in 3 months. On the last phone I bought the screen broke cause of freezing weather -10 C. Thats how bad these phones are. And for the customer service: I sent the phone for repairs cause it should have been covered by the warranty. I did as they asked and sent it to their warehouse in germany. Waited for months that they would fix it and in the end got tired and tried to ask them is it ready yet. They replied that: No that we cant find your phone in our warehouse. Me: OK can you send me a replacement of refunds since I did as you asked? They replied that best that they could do is send me used refurbished phone that was worth about 50€ ( my orginal phone was 2 months old and payed 250€ for it ). Yeh thanks alot!!

5 Reasons why not to buy from Efox!!!

Dear friends, I have ordered 5 times from Efox and here are the reasons why not to buy from them: 1. In case you wany to send claim to their E-mail Efox-Shop doesnt work anymore. So in case something is wrong you are on your own. 2. Only way to open a dispute is through Paypal. I did and Paypal didnt help me to get my money back. Their answer was that issue is not covered by Paypal protection. 3. If you order from European warehouse or from china with choosing European shipment, they claim that shipment will be free of duty charges - dont believe them! I paid them extra for shipping without duty charges and I still needed to pay 43 euros to our customs! 4. If somehow their E-mail starts to work again and if you somehow manage to send them a claim for product which doesnt work you will need to send it back to China (also if its ordered from europe). When you send it back they will lost it and you will never get it back or your money. Your tracking number wont work in China! 5. Its Chinese site in German disquise Anyway ordering from Efox is like gambling. You must be ready to lose your money at the same time when placing an order. Efox if you are reading this post, please note that I am not ordering from you ever again due bad experience. People reading this better order from trustworthy sites and wish you a good luck with online shopping!

no possibility to get my warranty, cause that resending to china is not allowed by internatinal flight transport regulation. they are not able to provide me with an european adress!!! very bad! 2nd time with Problems, my first phone 2 years ago i have had to pav 50 Euro plus in Addition whithout any refung, despite of the insurance in advance. Service and customer behaviour is very bad, no possibility to return the defct phone despite of their warranty. !!!

Drone order was perfect!

Last year I ordered a drone on the black Friday (it was € 350). I got it in 3 days!!! Last week I forgot my password, but after 1 day my profile was activated again. Fast response, reliable delivery. Keep it up!

Item does not fit its intendent purpose

I bought a mobile and sreen protector ( glass ) from that site. Screen protector did not stick to all surface. It sticked just in the middle ( approx. 40-50% on screen area.) Either phone screen is not flat or screen protector is not suitable. Anyway the site claims that is for that model. I complained. the answer was: "...there is nothing perfect.Please keep and use it." By the way be aware also that there is extra postage charge for items bought from that site. So the price you see is not final... Also I was not able to follow my order as on other sites. I have to write and ask for traking details. Thanks God I paid with PayPal so at least I had prove for that purchasing.

EFOX - liers!! Don't buy!

i've buyed a phone and i've waited 3 weeks because it was out of stock, but when i've buyed they where saying that it is in stock! i've paid insurance for duty tax, i've received the phone and they where saying that i will receive just 26 euro out of 41 euro that i've paid! because this is how much they can pay! and they said that i will receive this money in maximum 15 working days! is been 17 working days today and i didn't received the money! efox-shop = don't buy from them!!! liers!

Really bad service!

Received my UMI Z smartphone quickly …

Received my UMI Z smartphone quickly and in good condition. After 3 months, due to my fault the screen cracked. I sent it back to Efox China and they repaired it quick and neat. Thank you Guo for good service!
