To long from paiment to receival - and handy is already out of order

I waited to long from paiment end of september 2016 until receival in march 2017 - more than 5 month is way to long! But the worst is yet to come: the Blackview 6000 I bought broke down once with a screen problem. I rapidly received a replacement screen which I had to mount by myself. The handy then worked fine for 3 weeks and presents a different screen problem now. Although this is not an immediate Efox fault, they should better watch for the brands they propose! I am through with Blackview!

very bad support

I bought 4 smartphones by efox-shop. 3 ZUK Z1 telephones and 1 LeEco Max 2 I had troubles with one of the chargers from Z1 after approximately 1 month after buy. After many requests to the site to replace defect charge I got the answer that they could give me 5€ coupon for the next buy. It isn't a valide replacement action from my point of view 2 Weeks ago I bought LeEco Max 2 from efox-shop and it was definitelly last order from this site. This smartphone came with an UK-charger. I'm living in Germany and we have standard EU-plugs here, they are pretty different from UK ones. I have got an EU adapter as well, but the whole combination adapter-charger is monstrously BIG. I tried to contact efox-shop support to clearify this order, but their support email was not reachable... Definitely my last order by efox-shop

Unacceptable and unlawful customer service

54 days and still waiting for a refund for a mobile phone that was never delivered. The seller is using excuses and bad English that make no sense and is lying about not having received the package from Dhl despite the tracking proof. He does not respect the EU law as a british registered company and asked me several times to "give me a solution" after i have canceled the PAYPAL dispute. Thank god for paypal and even then i have to wait weeks to get my money back.

Delivered wrong adapter for the plug. Complained to Efox, only thing they offered was a voucher for 5€, valid for o n e month. Long story short: if something goes wrong you are on your own.

Great and friendly support

Great and friendly support. Not the fastest delivery (e.a. still waiting for an order which I´ve made on 2017-06-11) but I know, it always takes 5-8 weeks, so I can live with it. I´ll surely buy more in the future.

In my opinion is efox Shop a cool Store with realy good service. The order process was easy,, after some days my mobile phone was delivered (faster then I thought) and I was Very happy with the phone. After 2 months the phone had a problem with the system, I wrote efox an they answered always within 2 days. I send them some photos and without discussion they send me a other phone. In my eyes, better then some German services and I am very thankfull for that service. Keep it up! Deutsch: Efox shop ist win super online store mit einem Klasse service. Der bestellungsprozess ging einfach,, nach einigen Tagen war das Handy da (schneller als erwartet).. Nach 2 Monaten hatte das Handy einen Defekt und daraufhin habe ich efox angeschrieben. Sie haben innerhalb von 2 Tagen geantwortet und das immer. Habe ihn paar Fotos zugeschickt und ohne Diskussion haben Sie mir ein Ersatz Handy zugescickt. Besser als mancher deutscher service. Bin dankbar dafür und wurde jedem Efox weiterempfehlen. Weiter so!

I, living in Finland, bought a 6" Cubot Max Octa-core Android Phablet from Efox, Germany. I got it promptly. Good. I liked the phone very much, but, unfortunately it got broken. It happens sometimes, and it was NOT the seller's fault. From Efox I got instructions where and how to send the phone to be repaired in China. I sent it. It took some time, understandably, but I got the phone back. Now it is working perfectly, and even the battery had been replaced with a new one. Great service. Thank you, Efox. I have previously bought two other phones from Efox, and they are still working just fine. Will buy again from these guys.
