Bad customer service. Don`t keep any promise. Order should have been shipped within 72 hours. After several emails and opening a case at paypal it took almost 6 weeks! From the ordered 5 pcs i received only one pcs!!

You have to pay the return costs. At an article with an mount of 140€ you have to pay 50€ to return. At reklamations you have no chance. If you want to just try an article, DO NOT BUY HERE. Warning: This shop also sends rooted devices which are already used as "new". Fraud company.

Ok but not good

Communication very slowly. Storing items deliverd after 1 1/2 weeks (storing in Germany delivered to Austria. Normally 3 days) Items are very good

Efox-shop is one of the best shops in China, now i trust this service, and the managers are very qualified workers. The items to sale are new, good package and the shipping is very fast. I'm very sorry that I can't give us 6x stars. Die beste Service was für Deutschland habs aus China, die Mitarbeiter sind nett und korekt. Geldrstatung für die Zoll usw geht nicht lange fast 10 Tage. Shop is ok, shippment was pretty fast, and they speak english.

When it comes to items, I wish that china manufacturers will work more on quality, for example not putting features which are half-backed, as fingerprint-reader on Le Eco Le Max 2.

I ordered twice cell phones. In both cases I must claim over PayPal for not responding. In both cases I got Item after many messages. Good Items, and weak service. I am from Europe, so why occured problems happened.

2 months waiting and not got the phone I wanted

I decided to buy on e-fox because of the good experience my boyfriend and dad had buying in total 6 phones there. After 3 weeks i ordered a LeEco Le Max with shipment from china and heard nothing, i contacted the customer service and the answer was that it still had to be manufactured!! So i had to choose another one. I chose another one which was available on the website but also this one couldn't be shipped. Guo proposed another LeEco (a bit cheaper) and i finally agreed... I waited two weeks more and asked again about the status of my phone. DHL "zollfrei" shipment condition had changed and they wanted me to transfer 22 euros more. At the end we agreed on 8 as the new phone was 15 euros cheaper than the previous one. Now the phone arrived with a shipment from Singapore to Frankfurt in about one week but i haven't had the chance to see the phone yet as i live in Switzerland. Conclusion: don't pay with credit card but with PayPal as within one month you can claim your money back. Website is not up-to-date, no way to speak at the phone with customer service, just mails

This is fraud!!!

Phone was delivered to a neighbour who went on holidays, so received it more than 2 weeks later. Phone came like this survey without a single word of instructions in a European language. This was supplied from and for Europe! It never worked as set-up process did not finish. Efox refused to honour my right to cancel the purchase in spite of European and German trading standards. Case had to be referred to Paypal for a decision.

The delivery is fast, the product is good and lousy management. Not what was promised. I feel cheated.
