The booking platform is the best one on the market in my opinion , although we were promised 2 years ago we’d soon be able to book European trains and it’s still not available… On the contrary, our account manager is unresponsive and overall useless, and it’s impossible to escalate the problem and change. Others might be good but there’s no way to know if it’s bad luck or not. Their offline call center is unpredictable : they have a mix of very good and very bad agents, you never know what you’ll get.

Easy to book / change / cancell trips and reservation. A bit more cumbersome ito rental cars and getting this onto the invocie (use of personal credit cards is not something one is prepared to accept)
