It's simple and works like booking on the airline sites, but with providing information as to which flights are allowed. Also, they usually answer email quickly, in case there are issues.

For same type of reservation , AIR FRANCE tickets are under categorized compared to BRITISH AIRWAYS tickets: Classe 5 for AF vs Classe 3 for BA. Hence a late boarding of the plane despite no bags included.

I liked the easy way to find connections and book a travel, but what I did not like was the complicated way to change or cancel an already booked trip.

I use Egencia for corporate travel bookings. The online tools is very user friendly and if you need personal assistance the travel consultants are very friendly and competent. I have worked in the industry myself for many years, but must admit I am very impressed with the booking tools and service at Egencia.
