ELD prime garbage device don’t use this one
I have very bad experience with ELD Mandate .I was drove 3 or 4days and after that that eld book automatically graff clear .Nothing record shows there. .I am Alberta but my graff always shows 1 and half extra time . All my drivers books shows same issues. I drive 1 Oct to 6 Oct but ELD record is clear , nothing shows. If i called them to refund my balance, they did nothing. No call back for their fault. Last month in 3 hours, it shows thousands of hours . Very unprofessional staff. Last time I paid $2500 for tickets because of their fault in Kamloops BC scale . I was requestd to send me email because of technical issues of book but they don't and police officer gave me tickets. I don't recommend that ELD .
